However, I will never again take my business to a GameStop again. If it was not for the Revdex.com I would have never received my money. The fact I had to email so many times and that GameStop does not have a number to call for more help is ridiculous. GameStop needs better customer service.

GameStop can do better This is the first time I have ever made a complaint via Revdex.com.org but there was a true lack of follow up and very poor customer service.  Hold time on the phone was horrible and email response was non responsive.  The profit on video games is high more people to help the online customers is needed.  I will not recommend others use GameStop and the $200 I spend yearly will now go to other GameStop rivals.I got my game although it missed Christmas thank you for looking at my Revdex.com claim as you did fix my issue.

I am rejecting this response because:The order was canceled by your company again when paying with paypal and when trying to use the code after it was canceled it said the code would not apply to the 1 year membership. Can you make work again or get a different code. also I think the problem is the amount sent to paypal since it differs from the amount on the order. Plus even after the order was canceled the charge is still pending on paypal. Either way I guess I would be willing to try a direct payment to your company. I double checked the card had available credit.

Dear [redacted]I was able to create an order for two new digital gift cards to be emailed directly to you. You might receive a few emails though. I created the order originally for one gift card then remembered that you stated you sent them to two different people. So I have now cancelled that original order and created a second one. Please allow three business days for that to process. You should receive an email with two separate gift card numbers and their respective pin numbers. Dear [redacted] On behalf of GameStop, we apologize for this poor experience in association with our company.  Our records show that this gift card was mailed out to the address listed: 1289 E ST. APT 6, Upland CA 91786. Unfortunately the gift card was returned to sender due to the address being reported as invalid by the courier services. A representative of ours had attempted to reach out shortly after receiving the gift card to correct the issue, however they did not receive a response. Since there seems to be some difficulties with delivering physical product, if you would like we could arrange a digital gift card to be sent to your preferred e-mail address. Our digital gift cards arrive within 48 Hours of being processed and are able to be both redeemed in-store and online. I would love to get this resolved for you entirely! The order was never processed because you hung up on me. The order I placed later will be my last purchase unless GameStop proceeds with some sort of compensation for my time. I refuse to allow anyone treat me the way GameStop has and your response is even more of a slap in the face. GameStop has done nothing but lie, be disrespectful, and waste my time. I only made my last purchase because I had depended on you guys and didn't allow myself more time to go somewhere else before I needed that birthday present. An apology would have been good enough from the first of the four, now five, people who I have had responses from. I expect more from my employees and I'm sure that corporate feels the same way. I have been fortunate enough to see my business grow and prosper. Our principles are that of the highest integrity and genuine customer care.
