I am rejecting this response because:I want to assure I will not be charged again if you change the order. Given my recent experience I do no have much trust in GameStops business practices. If you can assure I will not be charged again and assure that this Switch bundle with the neon blue/red will ship by the given date, then yes I would like to change orders. I would also like a separate confirmation email of this order if this change is made. Please advise regarding my questions about the charges and shipment time before changing any order.

Please refer once again to my previous responses for my complaints on this order as you are only listing the ship information and return policy and not addressing my issue especially with the lies on the call I had with the representative and supposed manager.This order was not processed as I called immediately after confirming that my item was never processed on my initial contact with your customer service. I will not reiterate items you can re-read in my previous responses. Within that 30-40 min hold time of calling back, your rep is trying to tell me that the item was packaged and ironically while I was on the call, the UPS rep came and picked it up. Within 30-40 mins of my call back when they realized they never originally properly processed my order. My card was charged inappropriately and item processed per your ordering system notification and shipped almost 24 hours later and given a tracking number. Again, re-read my previous replies.On top of all this, I had to go out of my way and travel to a store to return this to ensure your company doesn't cause another issue especially with your horrendous hold times. The store associate said their system was showing to refund via a gift card even though I had proof my card was charged. They couldn't put it back on my card and had to offer me cash as an alternative after the discussion of this situation. You have all the information in these responses. If your response is to reiterate that the item can be returned, my response will be to reiterate to refer back to my previous responses. Instead of avoiding the obvious issues, I would like to see what is being done to prevent and resolve these issues. It seems after my research that I am not the only one who has experienced phone reps lying about order information.Regards,

This subscription is included in the Elite Pro Membership, and makes up half of the price of the Elite Pro Membership, which is $29.99 before tax. The subscription has a value of $15, and may not be cancelled for refund or opted out of from the membership. This information is can found in the Terms and Conditions of the PowerUp Rewards Program, which you can find at: https://login.gamestop.com/Home/Terms. If you do not wish to have this subscription, we can cancel the subscription to prevent it from being mailed/e-mailed, however a refund cannot be provided. A husband, wife, or other family member living at the same house should be able to make a purchase from the Game Stop website without triggering a fraud alert when the address on the credit card matches. Your fraud alert system needs updating. There should be no issues so long as the buyers address matches their account. Are you telling me that in the history of your company parents to do not routinely pay for their kids purchases on your site, while the membership name is in the name of the kid, or other familial scenarios like this? You must be inundated with this issue, if that is the case. How can rejecting customers orders be more profitable than allowing their family, with the same address information, to pay for goods? I get that you have unblocked the account. I'm just trying to figure out how individuals in my house are supposed to place orders without being blocked again. We are a family. We use the same devices. It's going to happen. Address matching should be the ONLY issue when placing an order.
