without first informing you. Nintendo only manufactured an extremely limited amount of this controller. We were at the mercy of the manufacturer for the amount of product we could offer to our guest. We will not be able to provide you with the product you are requesting as Nintendo has not given us a positive yes or no as to whether or not the controller is discontinued. I am not sure if you're not reading my messages, but this will be my second or third time sending you this message/information that I have written listed below again, which not only includes the order number, the issues, and the dates, but a detailed explanation of the who, what, when and where below. There are several issues that needs to be addressed below. [redacted] That's what should have happened in the first place when I placed my order, especially when I called back immediately after seeing the charge made on the credit card and was reassured by your customer service agent that the gift card was in fact going to be charged the $50 and the remainder on the credit card. So after 2+ hours going through that hassle of making sure everything was correctly charged on YOUR companies end, I as you know find out a month later on my credit card statement that your customer service agent had lied the 2nd time I had called back to verify everything was charged correctly. So 3rd time calling, I was/ am no longer happy with just a simple fix of the situation of which that SHOULD have happened the first 2 times of calling. I'm not satisfied with your offer of trying to fix the situation seeing as how that should have been done by the first time, or the second time, so now I just want a simple reimbursement and that be that. If not, I will never purchase anything through this company.

My reason for rejecting this proposal is that because of the error made by gamestop I missed out on a savings of over $100. If they want to try and make it up to me they are going to have to do better than $20 off.

I am rejecting this response because: The only reason why I rejected the response is to notify that I never picked up the Injustice 2, I actually cancelled the reservation after they stated the jersey was a raffle. Other than that, I thank you for the response.

The items in the order are also not the same price anymore. Completely unsatisfactory customer support. The issue turned out to be a small parsing bug I discovered in the "Reset Password" form of their website so the resolution was beneficial for both parties.
