researching the transaction history on your account, I was only able to find that your account was initially registered on 02/10/2014 and renewed twice following that. Once in April of 2015, and last in September of 2016. I have attached PDF Files reflecting these renewals, you should be able to download and save the files as needed. The last recorded transaction on your account was on 2/21/2017 which was for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox 360, but no PowerUp Rewards renewals were added to the transaction, and I do not show where they would have voided the membership off the transaction by accident either. I attempted to search for accounts under both [redacted] and [redacted] to determine if a separate account was created by store error, but was not able to locate one. I'd be more than happy to assist you with this further, however I'm unable to locate any information regarding the transactions you were referring to where you were overcharged for a renewal. Do you by chance have copies of your receipt or information on your bank statements that reflects where you were charged for renewals when they were not due? I am rejecting this response because: This continues to be an unacceptable situation. What's most desired is the Switch console itself. The fact that the $600 bundle remains available on your website is an indication that it is not what your guests want. It is *not* the best value for your guests. Bundles typically imply some kind of cost savings. The $600 bundle in question has all included items at [redacted] (though the exact same [redacted] MicroSD card that is bundled can be had for less than $20 vs the $40 Gamestop is charging). The only thing this bundle accomplishes is increasing your attach rate of games and accessories that are, in fact, LESS desirable. That I need to constantly check in with my local Gamestop on the off-chance that they *happen* to be allotted a very limited number of consoles on a first come, first served basis just because I'm unwilling to pony up $600 is unacceptable. At the very least, you should allow customers to reserve them to be fulfilled in the future the same way you are with the bundle.

If getting the product on release day is desired, GameStop recommends selecting Overnight, which guarantees release day delivery unless there is a courier service delay or issues processing payment. Regarding the pre-order bonuses offered- those premiums were shipped to our retail locations to be given during release, and were while supply lasts. Unfortunately I am unable to reproduce the hat, as those were extremely limited and the vendor did not provide our department with an additional supply, however, I will be more than happy to mail you the poster and a gift card at the requested amount of $25.00. You can expect to see these items delivered within 7-10 business days.
