I am rejecting this response because:I have finally received my gift card refund in the mail today but the bundle in which I am trying to purchase is no longer avaiable. I would like to purchase the bundle at the price I was offered. I was emailed a code to get a discount on the bundle at the original price, but did not have the money at the time to buy it because I did not get my refund. So now that I have received my refund I would like to purchase the products that were offered to me.

this feedback and passed it over to the appropriate teams to be further reviewed, as this helps us look at ways we can improve online shopping experiences for our guests. For order [redacted] this shipment was delayed due to a temporary backorder on the product that lasted throughout the week of 11/27-12/1 and early into the week of 12/4-12/8. I understand that you were not notified of this delay or backorder status, and because of that you were still set the expectation that the product would be delivered within 2-3 business days of ordering on 11/28. With that in mind, I have processed a partial discount of $15.96 on this order, which will be refunded back to your original mode of payment. For order [redacted] all 5 items except for the SNES Classic Edition Travel Case were on time. These items were shipped on the day they were ordered, however because of the holiday (New Years Day), [redacted] was not able to get these delivered to you until 1/2.
