Hi [redacted]I understand that you've spoken with both Amazon and GameStop's Guest Care, however we do not have the means to view Amazon's orders. The only way that we are able to view GameStop gift cards that have been issued by a third party retailer, which in this case is Amazon, is with the GameStop gift card number. Those gift card numbers typically start with '[redacted] or '[redacted] Without this information, we are unable to view this gift card and reissue it to you. This is ridiculous that Gamestop is preventing me from cancelling an item that has not shipped.  On top of that, cancelling later after it arrives requires me spending money on gasoline as well as paying for shipping, which is not free and does not get refunded in the store.  I would like this item cancelled immediately.

I am rejecting this response because:  This is not a satisfactory outcome at all.  It did not come when I expected it to and I had to go out an purchase another product - I NOW have to deal with returning this product.  I will never again order from Gamestop.com and I do not recommend them. That being said - it was delivered today - I will be returning it tomorrow as I have already repurchased the items.

makes room for improvement. I have been personally working with our premium and promotion teams since this complaint was submitted to me to find more information on this offer and track down an additional card for you. I was unfortunately informed this morning that the additional supply that we did have available for this offer has since been depleted (I am unsure of how many additional cards were allocated to us by the vendor), and that because of this the promotion has since then been removed from the website for the time being. I am unsure on if we will be receiving more of these cards on hand, or if this promotion has been suspended indefinitely. Because I am unable to supply the promotional Transformers card, and we failed to honor this promotion in the first placed,  I have processed a full refund of $61.58 on your order to go back to your original mode of payment. I feel that because of our faults, you do not owe us a penny. Depending on your financial institution, it may take them anywhere between 3-10 business days to accept and post this balance back to your account. I am rejecting this response because: My son, who is 13 years old worked hard since the day he learned that Nintendo Switch was coming on 2017. He saved up the money, brought it to me so I can preorder it, which I did on January 14, 2017. by march 7 I still hadnt received it. I communicated with Gamestop countless time and never had a truthful answer to why this was. I will not accept the apology and I JUST BOUGHT THE NINTENDO SWITCH At [redacted] where I called and they had Just received a shipment of 10 console, where I bought my son one. Thanks but no thanks, I believe as a consumer I was tricked, scammed, fooled or whatever you may want to call it.  If you wish to send the starters kits for all the trouble you cause fine, if not so be it, but I will never recommend or buy with GAMEStOP again. Cancel my order and you have my address if you think my kid deserve to be compensated then send it.

 Thanks for this prompt response after such a delayed and un-supportive assistance prior. I still can't see using GameStop app to order and purchase app going forward. It is okay to technical issues or problems but it is another thing to ignore repeated support request and threaten to place on Spam List. While I am pleased with you and your help, I am still a Negative Net Promoter with GameStop for now...

I am rejecting this response because:. I did not use my American Express.  If you see in the order it was used by a [redacted] ending in 9623.  My [redacted] was charged a fee of 32.49 than about 10 minutes later it was charged again for 8.50 which was the amount on my e-gift card.Why charge my [redacted] the 8.50?  Is your own GameStop e-gift card not good enough for GameStop?  It's stupid it takes 48 hours to approve a digital code even when money has been taken out of my bank account.  Right now I have 42.50 on hold because of this mess.  You should make it clear before purchasing that it can take up to 48 hours to verify.  Done with that.Now let's talk about customer service.  What customer service?  It's absurd to be on hold for over 1 hour and 45 minutes and still not get anyone.  Tried again stayed on for over and hour and still no one.  Your customer service is non existent. On phone anyways.  After 48 hours I did receive email help and he cancelled my order.  Which at that point it didn't matter.  Because of this I called my Bank terminated the [redacted] bank card and was preparing to dispute the charge/Charge back.  This is not the way to do business.  GameStop have lost a valuable customer. Several hours of not getting code I went to Amazon and got the code immediately after purchase.  [redacted] puts you guys to shame.  [redacted]
