We are not getting anywhere just going in circles, I hope this gets posted so future Gamestop customers can see this and decided not to use your company.As I have stated over and over again I purchased the product from Gamestop not some third party partner of yours. If you would have taken the time that you already took responding to my complaint and spoken to your partner to get this resolved that would have been great. Instead you wash your hands from any responsibility. I have called the [redacted] number and exhausted every avenue, your customer service is horrid at best and I will keep this complaint open until I receive in my hands the $40.00 dollar rebate promised to me from Gamestop.

I am rejecting this response because: I have already setup a profile and when I go to manage subscription its a blank page. I will call game informer but regardless I am owed time on my subscription. I rejoined in March 2016 and have no issues from that time period. I am owed a year worth of issues. I want an extra year placed on my account which is what I am owed.

The controller you are referring to was purchased the day before, when I was told I could not return the one that was falling apart. Please get your facts straight and call your store manager to confirm. I later decided I was not going to spend another $75 on a plane it that should be getting replaced by the store who sold me the faulty one.

They said 3-10 business days for the money to be posted on the account. I wish to be better compensated as mentioned in the previous, not just refunded what I was charged twice for.
