My order never was completed because your company gave me the run around. It wasn't a computer problem (cookies, etc). Your company said they were having issues. Then almost 4 hours later they inform me that it was the size of the order. You have not issued a gift card of anything, you hung up on me and never called back. I told your company $25 would have been accepted if they actually resolved my issue in first hour or so. You took 4 hours of my time and not to mention I built a shopping cart that compiled of over 20 items that wasted (now) my time. Thank you for nothing.. I will continue to inform people of how you treat customers (people)... I honestly am clueless how you even run a business. Surely these responses can't possibly be from corporate.... I will immediately send your responses and my criticisms of how you conduct business to the corporate office president and to the media if you do not offer a full, honest apology for treating me like I'm an ant you can step on. Thank you, but no thank you. Your response to me was a joke.

You will need to contact Card Pool about this issue.If card pool can provide proof of them purchasing the card from the previous customer and then sold the item to you we will be able to resolve the issue by providing a new card to you.If you have additional questions, I am here for you. I am rejecting this response because:I filed a complaint w/the Revdex.com on 12/22/16 (Complaint ID#: [redacted] about GameStop not sending me the product that I had purchased and paid for expedited delivery. In response to the complaint, Meredith S, the Revdex.com Liaison for GameStop responded on 12/26/16 and committed to a full refund. To date, there has been no refund or delivery of the said product. And since it's impossible to connect with GameStop customer service hotline, [redacted] due to "large call volumes" and wait times in excess of 1-hour, I am left with no choice but to file another complaint. This is truly detestable service and will result in me ensuring that my family and friends no longer patronize GameStop, even though we have 4 boys.

I do accept this resolution but I would like to keep the pokemon plush order active as I am hoping I can get it for my nephew before Christmas. Also, I did receive the game and this one did have the codes so I thank you for the quick turn around on that. I am about 20 miles from the nearest UPS dropoff facility but I will get that first one dropped off as soon as I am able to get there. I really appreciate your help in getting these issues resolved.

a one-time exception. The download games we offer are to be downloaded through their respective clients. The product key gives you that opportunity to do so. If you were to purchase a physical copy of the game you would not need to go through the arduous task of downloading via gaming client. A lot of the products we offer for PC gaming will be trough download as it seems the majority of our guests prefer to use the download option. Expires 12/31/15After 3 different trip's I was able to use all 3 coupons but was only allowed to use them in separate transactions. I know longer have the coupons to give you a screenshot as they were used now. This is a typical response I would expect form a person in your situation (asking for a screenshot of something that your store possesses, to gain as much money as possible) The only thing being wasted is my time and energy at this point after being humiliated and ripped off by Gamestop. I do not expect your business to treat a customer correctly after years of shopping at your stores. This is all the information I have, there is nothing else. Walmart & Gamers Alley for me from now own I guess, (I cannot stay with a company that robs and steals), so please do not contact me again unless it's for some sort of compensation.
