I am responding to the message for more information from Gamestop. The Oder Number for my purchase is [redacted]. The purchase was made online from the McKnight Road Gamestop. The I used my cousin [redacted]'s rewards card so the purchase is under her name but my shipping address and credit card information.
[redacted]  ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONThe consumer called the Revdex.com 12/8/2015 and stated she received a refund from her credit card company.

HOW MANY MORE TIMES DO I HAVE TO REJECT UNTIL THIS MATTER IS SOLVED? I refuse to believe that not even at least a partial refund or a at least a gift card for XXX amount  could have been issued nor was I was even given an opportunity to ASK.  I spent almost 400 dollars expecting to pull at least 2 or 3 gold figures.  I would have accepted pulling at least 1.  I'm NOT asking for a full refund in this matter. Gamestop is claiming the boxes weren't tampered with. the seals were broken on all but 3 or 4 of my boxes. look on youtube for backup of my claim.  [redacted] the video is 12 min. 30 sec. long. there are numerous claims on other youtube videos about bad odds, boxes gone through, employee negligence, so on and so forth. also in the COMMENT SECTIONS  on these videos there's other issues being discussed.as you can see, gamestop is REJECTING ANY FURTHER INPUT. HELP!

lead a customer to believe we are wanting to violate a sales agreement made between GameStop and its consumers. Every store was allocated a certain amount of pre-orders for each specific type of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild editions that are being released. It seems the store was misinformed about the number of pre-orders they were allotted for the Masters Edition and they went over their amount. Consequently they had to change the type of reservation for your game. Unfortunately, we do not have the proper allocations needed to place an online reservation for you. GameStop is not liable for lost or stolen cards in any case. A decision was made to provide you with a replacement as a courtesy to you. I was able to check your gift card and saw that the funds loaded after you checked on the balance. For this I am unsure as to the reason why the gift card loaded AFTER you received your email. The funds were on the gift card at the time of my last correspondence but are no longer present as I have taken them off in order to refund your wife. promotion and previous history your account has. While GameStop does offer special trade promotions for their guest to take advantage of, the intention is that those promotions are one-time use per guest. This account had been previously suspended because of  misuse of our trade program, however after thorough review and reconsideration, a one-time courtesy was made to have the suspension lifted in your favor so that you could continue to participate in trade promotions. An agreement to abide by our trade terms & conditions was made by signing for the transaction on the pin pad after each trade transaction made. Because there were signs of misuse and a violation of those terms & conditions, the decision has been made to suspend trade transactions indefinitely both by regional and corporate loss prevention. GameStop will not be able to lift this suspension going forward, and we will not be able to re-instate the account or issue a new one.
