I am rejecting this response because:I have saved the money ($30.00 Dollars) from my chores just to buy the online game cards  from Game Stop and I think they should take the responsibility of refunding my money back.  I already Emailed STEAM regarding the issue and they are not accepting responsibility. If I can not solve this in this level, I will pursue other avenues. this is very unfair for me!

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below. I have uploaded my receipt from the purchase on 9/25/15. I also took another look at the receipt and I see where the 30 day full refund return policy is on the back of the receipt in bold print. My apologies I didn't see that I only focused on the front of the receipt where it wasn't listed. GameStop's first response was to not give a full refund but for a trade in or cash not equivalent to the exact amount of the original purchase. I would accept a reasonable amount like half of what I paid for the PS4 in cash which is the way I paid for the original purchase.
