I reject this response because I do not want to do business with GameStopThe items were paid for with gift cards which is the same as cashCash was paid for those cards and I would like cash refundedI do not understand why this is not a reasonable resolutionGameStop is now holding $of a year old child'sThis "purchase" has been ongoing for over one month nowThis is unacceptable

Hi,I did get a refund, however, I did not want a refundI want a working key for Doom (2016) for PC, as I had ordered the game as "new" and received a copy I can't use because the key inside the case was already redeemed when it arrivedSo at this time, I have a physical copy of the game sitting next to me that is 100% completely useless AND I miss out on the $deal for the game, which is the whole point in the purchaseHowever, the website states they still have keys available (at full price)I'm not asking for a new physical copy (because the same thing might happen again), I'm asking for a key that actually works, unlike what I receivedI feel like I'm being punished for buying a game at a deal, but not being able to play it at allThis never should have happened in the first place.I look forward to hearing a response and a resolution in this matter soon
