Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.The reason for this rejection is that the respondent misrepresented informationThe "RECEIPT" still in my possession does not in fact say you have days to return the item for full refund as I have read, reread and reread again just before I submitted this claimHowever the receipt(from a later date purchase of a video game Star Wars Battlefront) that only covers the purchase of the video game does have a return by certain date posted on it but the receipt that the PSgame console was sold on does not in fact in any way shape or form mention a return by policy on it otherwise I would have met that criteria when it would have been dueThe item has not been out of the package or used at allIf I need to take a picture of the receipt and email it as an attachment(s) to show proof of the lack of date to return by I very well canThis is my reason for rejection of the offer by GameStopAgain just another reminder, irregardless of the month window, GameStop will sell this same systemIt's not like it is a PSor PSwhich are currently outdated in terms of sellingIt is a PSand there is not a newer system to sell than the PSBut all of that is a moot point because as I specified just above there isn't any such date to return by on the receipt I have for the sale of the PSgame console and will be more than happy to take photos and send as attachments for proof if necessary or your clerk at the *** ** store here in Columbia SC can verify to the GameStop HQ in my presence that there isn't any date on the receipt.

I am rejecting this response because: Hi,This isn't just regarding POP! Vinyl figures. You have done this with actual video games as well. Examples of games being late include:-Fire Emblem Awakening: You literally cancelled my preorder on this item. No warning, no phonecall. I did NOT get my money back over this transaction.-Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward (had to order from square enix since early access code did NOT work and was told it would not arrive on-time due to the item being of minimal popularity.-Kingdom Hearts HD Remix: Item was three days late.-Final Fantasy XV: Called store to confirm midnight launch, employee that answered phone said was not happening. It happened. Following morning, preorder was changed to standard edition of the game.-Pokemon Sun and Moon: Attempted to charge me more for these games than every other retailer, cannot cancel preorder.-The Legend of Legacy: Eight days late, picked up elsewhere.NOW lets talk about being sold used games as new:-World of Final Fantasy Collectors Edition: Disc physically has scratches and is missing DLC and was not in shrinkwrap. Was bought new during Black Friday.*** Bought new on Black Friday, has scratches and was not even sealed with a seal sticker.I can provide photos of the receipts and game damages if requested.The Funko thing I also don't get. You say its out of "your" controlso why send items that I PREORDERD to a -different- GameStop as non-pre-orders? This happened with the following items which were also more than days late:Funko POP! Five Nights at Freddys: ***Funko POP! Five Nights at Freddys: ***Funko POP! Five Nights at Freddys: ***Funko POP! Five Nights at Freddys: SprintrapFunko POP! Five Nights at Freddys: Nightmare FreddyThere are MORE items that fall under this category but for the same of time I will not list them.The following preorder was cancelled due to being marked as online only, then showed up at a different store two weeks later:Funko POP! Five Nights at Freddys: GameStop Exclusive SpringtrapThe following preorder items were cancelled due to never showing up at the store out of my control despite a competitor ACROSS THE STREET having them:Five Nights at Freddy's action figure pack. So please, re-evaluate your assesment. This is well over $in preorder items and new purchases that are incorrect and have caused issues due to the majority of the items being for an autstic child. I am still requesting replacements of both new games as actual NEW games, and refunds on preorder deposits for not meeting more than items ontime

The district leader spoke to me very friendly, explained that there was a miscommunication, and before even speaking with me he already handled for me to have a full refund and replacementI had second thoughts of Gamestop but they were very helpful after I contacted the Revdex.com and I was able to delightfully achieve my request
