is appreciative of the chance to respond
FMR
is attempting to collect on a personal loan in Ms***’s name. The personal loan
originated with *** Processing; account number ***.
Attached for Ms***’s convenience is the verification of her
debt. We began efforts to collect from
Ms*** on November 4, Ms***’s claims
that we contacted her and her family and friends is true. We were attempting to locate Ms***, as
the contact information provided to us was out of date. Once we were able to locate Ms*** and
verify her information, we explained the above to her. Ms*** called us on November 5, and
requested a cease and desist, to which we obliged at her request. No contact took place after that point until
we received this complaint
We reviewed the
complaint allegations with our representative who spoke with Ms*** and
they wholly deny ever threatening Ms*** with “sending out
authorities.” If there is evidence to
the contrary, we ask that you forward it to us so we may take appropriate
disciplinary action, including termination of anyone in our office as all of
our representatives know that is a direct violation of FMR policy and
procedures
FMR will honor Ms***’s desired
resolution and continue to not contact her regarding this account. We hope Ms*** finds this response

I accept the resolution to this complaint only because I believe they should close this account and stop any further actionI do not agree that I owe or have ever owed any money to *** Holdings LLC and until I see loan documents with my signature on them I will stand by this claimI find it very disturbing that they state records provided to them had my name, current address and social security on them yet I never received anything in the mail and they were calling random relatives to find meI will continue to monitor my credit report to make certain this account never shows up as I believe this is a case of either a scam account or identity leftNo further action needs to take place as long as I have no further contact with this companyThank you for your efforts in resolving this complaint
