I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me since I am only offered two choices - to accept or not. I feel that this company needs to have some kind of action taken against them for all of the complaints. In their response to me, they blame the entire industry for mishandling their accounts. However, as far as I am concerned FMR is the guilty party here and was totally willing to take $from me without even verifying that I owed the debt. As far as I know, this is totally illegal and they should not be allowed to continue to harass people and money that is not owed to them
