Forward Movement Recovery (“FMR”) has received the above complaint and appreciates the opportunity to respond in kindFMR is a collection agency and was attempting to collect on Ms***’s unpaid she took out in her name. The original creditor for Ms ***’s loan was ***
***The last four account number digits are ***We apologize for any issues Ms*** had receiving our correspondence and encourage her to contact our office to ensure that all of her information was correctAs Ms*** indicates, we had set up a payment plan with her to satisfy her unpaid loan referenced above. On November 24, Ms *** contacted our office to inform us that someone had stolen her banking information and she would prefer to adjust her payment method. Our representative was very cordial and provided Ms*** with a list of additional methods she could provide payment. At no time was there ever any threats or aggressive behavior from our representative as we ensure that all of our agents are trained to work with consumers to provide them the easiest experience when working with our agency FMR is not sure if Ms*** is accusing our agency of attempting to remove funds from her account that were not owed to us either through the payment plan or otherwise; but we can absolutely assure Ms*** and your office that this is strictly prohibited in our company as well as a complete violation of the law. If there is any information whatsoever to show that one of our representatives conducted any actions like this, please send over any evidence you may have and we will take all appropriate and legal action necessary. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as it means they agree there is no debt to collect The email they sent me did not include any valid documentation of a debt they were trying to collect There was also no return email to respond, and the mailing address is not an actual location There were threats made to my spouse on the original phone call

Dear Ms***, The process of locating a consumer starts with the references that consumer may have used on an applicationThis information may have been provided more than years ago, so it is very common for these numbers to have been re-assigned several timesNext, we have skip tracing
tools in which we enter the consumers information to a web based search engine for location information on that consumer, and again, sometimes that information is out dated or incorrect as wellThere is no reason to be alarmed, it happens all the timeFMR would like to apologize for any inconvenienceYou will not be called againRegards, Nick W
