the Issue hasn’t been resolved at all. We are still waiting for our refund from square. Square said to wait but it’s been more than a month since the cancelled dispute and we still haven’t received our money. They were so quick to withdraw money from our account when the dispute occurs, and yet once the dispute is cancelled, they still held our money. They blame on [redacted] and [redacted]. They know the transaction is legit and yet, we still haven’t gotten back our money. So how is that they are being square and being my Merchant processor ? Then why do I even need a Merchant processor when they can’t even get my money back?

I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING YOU SUGGESTED. This must be a canned response that Square gives to the victims. My bank has tried to deliver the information on my behalf and Square told them to contact the authorities. Well I have contacted the authorities and filed several police reports. AND SQUARE REFUSES TO INVESTIGATE WRITTEN AND VERBAL CLAIMS AGAINST THIS VENDOR. You have a serious loop hole in your system. You allow a know criminal to use your product to defraud law abiding citizens. When the complaint is filed and DOCUMENTED PROOF is supplied to Square, YOU DO NOTHING! I know for a fact that [redacted] is still using your product to collect money and never produce the services. HE'S ADVERTISING FOR GODS SAKE! And I know that you CONTINUE TO DEFEND this criminal by saying that there is nothing that square can do. All I ask is that you suspend his account, all other reputable credit card processors have banned him (Paypal etc.), but Square will not. I need to know why you support this criminal behavior? I will be sending a letter to my State Congressman and I will be contacting an attorney to file a class action law suit because I can't be the only person you have refused to help.

Square is keeping the money the money for 90 days earning interest .square should release funds within 30 days at lease. square is scamming millions of customers and nobody can touch them. Their r so many bad reviews on square that they should be investigated.

Hello,First of all, I just want to apologize for such a delayed response. We've been experiencing a higher than normal email volume this past week!Typically refunds take Square anywhere from 0-7 business days to complete, but usually it's much faster. Sometimes within the same hour. After we send it back to the bank, they take 2-7 business days for it to return to their card. Also just depending on the speed of the branch's automated system. My bank takes the full 7 business days though and I'd say that's standard.Again I'm very sorry for the confusion and inconvenience this has caused. I just wanted to point out again that Square actually cannot process refunds for merchants. This is something that can only come from the merchant's side so if you've got any employees or anyone who might've been handling your device with the Register app open, it could have happened that way by accident. When a refund is requested, it will ask you the reason. On my end I can see the option that was selected at the time of the refund was "Returned Goods." Again, I'm very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. I'd love to help in any way I can so please let me know if you have any further questions.Best wishes,
