this response is just a copy and paste of the previous response I already reject.
Your terms do not state that you can or will hold my funds when my account in cancelled it states that I am subjected to charge backs as and any chargebacks will be withdrawn from my checking accountIt also states in your terms that the funds on cancelation of my account will be deposited into my checking account according to my regular deposit schedulePlease deposit my funds as per your terms and deposit schedule.

Square has suggested I refund the payees and I have done soYet square has not honored the refundThe people who paid by credit card up until the time of this writing have NOT been refunded? Why has square suggested I refund my customers and yet they have not honored the refund ? That being said I have filed official complaints with the attorneys generals office, Bay Area business oversight, security and exchange commission and in Facebook itselfWhy is square not refunding the persons who sent in payment- when they themselves as listed above suggest I send a refund- since I have committed to refund both credit card payments why has square not issued a refund to the credit card holders?
Since square has not issued a refund I have asked both credit card holders to file the square payments as fraud and report it to their credit card companies as fraud
How are companies like square able to exist holding people's money and not issuing a refund even while suggesting I issue a refund?

On January 2, Square notified you by email that Square had reviewed your account and found transaction types prohibited by Section of the Payment Terms
Due to the unusual or high risk activity associated with your account, your account was deactivated, and your outstanding Square
balance will be reserved for up to days, but no less than days, from the date of deactivation (January 2)
If you do not want Square to reserve your funds, you may refund the payment back to the cardholder account

Beside following the steps below we can only recommend to file a dispute with out bank if the charge is still showing up on your statement
