Hello ***, It's ***, you and I talked when you wanted to deactivate your accountI truly apologize for the confusion! I undertsand you don't want to reactivate your account because the funds were reversed ( great bank by the way, so nice of them to do that), but if you want to return the
reader we will need to re-activate your account so it comes back to us properly. The response to my complaint to them is that they are asking for my personal information and Revdex.com has stated that my response including any personal information will be made public on their websiteSo, I will not post my phone and email on a public forum such as Revdex.com Revdex.com website How do I get in touch with this representative? I have emailed the company many many many times I set up a "fake" open new account call, to get them to call me back, and the representative hung up on me saying this was "not a productive call" because he could not answer my question and there was no supervisor on duty The business practices of this company is inexcusableThey are still holding my money Finally (this week!) I received an email say they will be holding my funds for days! I just want my funds returned to me so I never have to deal with them again
