This response is not acceptable because I/we shouldn't have to pay for the annual rate guarantee when we're
cancelling the membership right at the beginning of the new year. If we were provided some kind of invoice or notice ahead of time, we would have cancelled it earlier before the charges hit. This is just poor business practice and definitely poor customer service. I have a gym membership at 24hr Fitness and they've always sent me an annual notice before they charge my account. This is the kind of service you would expect from a better business. With that, I don't think we'll ever go back to this gym again and you've just lost any potential of us signing up with your business again

this response because: I paid my last months dues and by sending a certified letter to the business as requested, saying I was cancelling does not obligate me to another full months dues at a place I will not be using. This business sneaks in that last part without you knowing until its to late. I have fully met my obligation and would like them to go rip off other people. I am rejecting this response because: how is it my fault if your employee did not mention any of this to me, so either you did not properly train them or this is some how a way for you to take advantage of peopleI did all I was told to do in order to cancel within the time limit, and since your employee did not tell me to sign any release papers, im assuming its a way of him still earning some kind of bonusNot only is that wrong but its not my fault

To the thieves at Fitness Evolution:I have attached a copy of my original gym membership contract for your viewing pleasureClearly there is no outstanding balance or lack of paymentI signed up to pay the stated amount and have been auto-deducted each and every month since then.I now await your ridiculous counter-argument as to how I owe your organization anything and as to why you would STEAL from my personal bank account any money other than the $per month (which was the only authorization I consented to)This is a complete joke and a waste of my time, my patience and my sanityI am not a wealthy person and the money you STOLEN from me is placing me in a growing financial hardshipYour entire business is comprised of liars falsifying stories and excuses to cover gross errorYou lack any customer service skill and what you have displayed is absolutely deplorable (I have yet to be contacted by anyone from corporate for any explanation, updateNOTHING!)
