Had service person Gary B come to do repairs on a gutter. Mr B was very perfessional, removed his shoes before entering into my home. Discussed with me what needed to be done. Very good service tech.

Great experience from start to finish. Dustin was great to work with and coordinated with insurance. Amanda was friendly and helpful. Scott was very conscientious and thorough during installation and final inspection. Crew did great work and cleaned up afterwards.
We had a horrible experience with our last roof, which is why we needed a new one after only 8 years. Scott W. and crew were great. They worked hard, cleaned up very well and were very thorough. Wish we’d had them the last time!

Feazel is very knowledgeable, professional, educated,patient, kind and courteous from start to finish. The installers are just the same. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Tim B and Scott W answered all of our questions.
Brian was great also. He came to do a walk around and answer any questions I had. He also handled a situation with my satellite provider in a very professional manner.
Outstanding all round from the initial contact for an inspection of our roof to completion of the project. They were a pleasure to work with.
We just had a new roof put on and couldn't be happier! We have dealt with 3 guys so far and they have all been very helpful and knowledgeable. Logan F his GM Marc and roofing foreman Brian M. Logan has been great, from the numerous calls to/from me to making several trips out to my house to measure everything. He dealt with the insurance company to ensure they were on board with all the necessary repairs. Marc and Logan both came out to match the siding color and close the paperwork. Brian and his crew did a high quality job. Cleanliness was outstanding! I would recommend Feazel to anyone!
I just had a new roof put on by the Fizeau company! It was a phenomenal experience from beginning to end. From the sales people to the workers to the job manager everything went very smooth. I now have a brand new roof that is 10 times better than the roof that the builder put on in the first place. I would highly recommend this company for anyone who has any roofing issue.

All work was performed with customer satisfaction as the objective. The final inspection by Scott was thorough and informative to complete an extremely positive process. We had an Excellent experience with Feazel from the beginning of the process to the end. Logan F (***) was very professional and explained how the entire project would flow and worked with our Insurance company to assess damage. He Explained everything and was always available if we had any more questions.
Scott W (***)came on the day of installation to check on the install team. He was very professional and took the time to answer our questions and explain things as the team was installing the roof. The install team was great! They did a very nice job installing the new roof in one day! and cleaning up when the job was completed. They walked the entire property to assure there were no roofing nails or trash laying around in the yard. They were a very professional and knowledgeable team to work with. Thank you!!! We love our new roof and would highly recommend them to everyone!!!

Got the last of our work done yesterday. We had a new roof put on, new gutters and down spouts and a sliding glass door. My husband and I are so please with the quality of work and efficiency of the Feazel team. I was home to interact with the Roofers and the sliding door teams and they were awesome!! I always have questions and yesterday, Greg, Kenny and Ray, answered all of them without rush and each of their skills were impeccable!! Total neat freaks and I loved it!!! Thank you Feazel for the wonderful job you did on our house!!! I will definitely recommend your company and services to friends and family members!!

Feazel is here today putting on my roof with a crew of about 5. It is 45 degrees and it just started to rain and these guys just keep plugging away. They have handled themselves like true professionals in terrible conditions and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof. Extra shout out to the crew on my job. Thank You

I would like to praise Scott W. He is an outstanding asset to Feazel he has gone above and beyond what is expected for his job. We want to let you know he is a good man. He makes sure his customers are taken care of the best he can.
The best way to describe our experience with Feazel Roofing would be to say that from start to finish it was one of the most smooth and professional no stress experiences we have had. Brian M explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions. The crew was polite, courteous and respectful. They worked together like fine oiled machinery. When job was completed all debris was hauled away and all areas cleaned up very well.
We really appreciated the professionalism and expertise that the Feazel team provided. Jesse and Stephen were efficient and helpful, as we made our decisions and choices about our roofing. Amanda was always in touch, keeping us informed about scheduling concerns, and once the job began, the crew was fast and skilled. Scott checked in throughout the process, making sure all went smoothly and that we were completely satisfied. We would recommend Feazel to anyone.

Feazel Roofing was retained for roof and gutter replacement. I have paid for the roof and gutter
replacement in full, however, they continue to bill for other work not approved or completed. I have
notified their office in writing of the issue, but they continue to invoice the incorrect amount.
We sincerely apologize to the customer for the frustration and confusion regarding this issue. In an effort to maintain a positive experience with this customer, we have credited the account in hopes to amicably resolve the issue. The customer is not to receive any further bills or expected payments from our office for the services described, and we are sorry for any level of confusion, concern, and frustration that may have been experienced.Thank you.
FRAUDULENT BILLING PRACTICES*Please re-open this complaint for further handling. Feazel's responsedated October 26 indicated that they would no longer be billing thedisputed amount. However, 7 days later a letter postmarked November 3 wassent to me. I have attached copies. This is the fourth letter receivedfrom them with an invoice that contains work not approved or completed.This is fraudulent billing practices. How many people just pay thisinvoice out of fear?
