I worked with Gary from Feazel on a couple of different roofing quotes. He went above and beyond to help find the best and most affordable solution for our roofing issues. He made multiple trips out to the 2 houses, and provided photos and explanations that made it easy for us to understand what was causing the issues and where exactly the damage was. You could tell he really cared about finding the best way to help solve our roofing issues, and he was very honest in his presentation of the various options. There are a number of families in our neighborhood who have worked with Feazel as well, and I've only heard wonderful reviews from them (and their roofs look fabulous!).

The crew that Feazel sent worked like a well orchestrated play!!! The crew members moved from one task to another without missing a beat. They removed and replaced our entire roof in one day. I would recommend Feazel and our Field Supervisor Matt C to anyone that is considering a roof replacement.

During my roof installment, it started pouring down rain, between the tar paper and the felt. They continued to put the roof on even though I went out and asked why they were still working when it was raining so hard. They just smiled at me and said hi. I came in the house and called the company and the woman I spoke with, Janet I believe, said that she was sure it was fine; she basically implied that I was overreacting. I was still very upset so she transferred me to someone else, who told me a site manager would be out to assess the situation. Jeremy came and agreed that the felt was in bad shape and would need to be torn off and redone the next day. After the roof was complete, there were shingles that were bent up and a portion of the drip edge above the peak on my porch was severely bent and looked horrible. I once again called the company, someone was sent out to assess, and then someone was scheduled to replace the bent shingles and drip edge. I had to stay home from work an extra morning to allow access for electricity. Before the process even began, my driveway was damaged by the heavy equipment dropping off the shingles. I was told that someone would be in touch to schedule a driveway company to fix the damage. Three weeks after my roof was complete I still hadn't heard from anyone, so I called the company. I was told that someone would be in touch. I still haven't heard anything.
Overall a horrible experience. I worry whether the roof is even done properly since I wasn't up there to supervise; it seems like every step of the way I was the only one that cared whether everything was done correctly or not. I was also told I would get a $250 Amazon gift card, but I still haven't received it. I purposely hired a company that we had a good reputation, even though it was$1, 500 more than my lowest estimate. The only saving grace is the lifetime warranty.

They found the cause of my roof leak and replaced or repaired the damaged materials in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them.

I contracted with this company to have my roof redone. The first day the team that showed up only one spoke English. He lied to the area manager twice about what was happening and after one of workers broke thru the bathroom ceiling I asked them to leave the job site. after waiting one hour I called the police and had them ask the workers to leave. They did and now no one from the company wilol come back and finish the roof!

My experience with Feazel was excellent! From the beginning estimate appointment to the completion of the job! I had the pleasure of meeting Frank D a very knowledgeable man for the estimate. I explained the problems I was having with the roof and he knew immediately what was wrong and how to fix it! I knew from his immediate response he was highly qualified. Everyone I asked about Feazel gave high praise. The job was done correctly and completely. If you want your roof fixed or replaced choose Feazel. Great results!

If it wasn't for the sales people, the insurance Company would not have agreed to replace my roof, due to hail damage.

Our experience with FEAZEL Roofing was excellent. We have a large ranch home with a lot of ridges and valleys. It is not a simple roof. The project manager Scott W was courteous, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He oversaw the job from start to finish. He answered our calls promptly and followed up on everything. He also did a thorough inspection when the job was completed. The crews were on time and completed the job as scheduled. They did what they had to do to get the job done quickly and with quality workmanship. They actually added extra men and worked till dark to complete the roof before the rain. The quality of roofing is excellent. The roof looks great and they cleaned up very well upon completion. We could not be happier. I would highly recommend FEAZEL Roofing.

Feazel did an excellent job on our roof, skylights, gutters, and door wraps. Every crew they sent to work on the house was very skilled and hard-working.
