Feazel replaced my roof in a professional manner and coordinated with my insurance company to ensure the prompt resolution of my claim for hail damage. Their representative was courteous, competent, and followed up so that the job was completed to my satisfaction.

I had my roof done through feazel. They did a great job at a great price. The salesman had me sold with his interest in the job. The crew was a good group of guys. The project manager reached out to me twice through out the job. They are also doing my siding and gutters I’m sure I’ll be just as satisfied

I loved the ease of making an appointment online and that I did not have to wait weeks to schedule an appointment. Gary was great keeping me informed on his arrival time and was very professional. Gary treated my tenant with the same professionalism as he did with me. I was very pleased with Gary and the overall experience with working with Feazel.

Overall the process was very smooth, as expected. The personnel whom I have contacted with from field supervisors to project manager are all very responsive.

Feazel replaced our entire roof on a two story home. Workmanship was very good and clean up was also very good. Only took one day to complete with a come back for some additional gutter work we requested.

My roof was scheduled on a day with the possibility of intermittent rain storms, which worried me. When the crew showed up, there was DOUBLE the amount of men and they got right to work. With ominous skies they quickly removed the previous roof and had the roof fully covered with paper by lunchtime. After lunch there were blue skies, half of the guys left and those who stayed had a new roof on by days end. Also I want to note that one of the workers had a tussle with my window air conditioner and came back after working hours to put everything back in place.

Whole experience with Feazel was excellent! Shayne and Scott were great to work with and answered all questions. Lisa was always friendly and helpful when we called the office. Installers were very hard workers that did an excellent job and thoroughly cleaned up when finished! Highly recommend Feazel for your roofing needs! Great people, great company! We love our new roof!

We moved into a large 3 year old house just months ago. Have had several strong storms and a local tornado since. Then had a small roof leak on a Saturday at 9 pm. I called Feazel and they had a service rep call me back immediately.
He came out at 9 am on Sunday! Diagnosed and gave temporary fix as more storms were coming that day and the next several days. No charge. Incredible effort in diagnosing and repairing. Saved our house from more damage.
Can’t say thank you enough. We had them out for the permanent fix a couple of weeks later. SO GRATEFUL!!!!

I had Gary come out to look at my roof after being told that it needed to be replaced. He climbed the roof and after the inspection told me that except for a few minor items, the roof was fine. Je was very helpful and honest and as a result, I will consider them when I do need a new roof.

The delivery of my roofing materials and the crew who installed my roof was done seamlessly and professionally.
The crew on my roof were fantastic! Polite, professional, and extremely good at what they do. When finished, except for the new roof, you couldn't tell they were even in my yard. Invoicing and a possible veterans rebate has been handled excellently by Kaylee in accounting, and they have all left me a very happy and satisfied customer! Also, bear in mind, I am not an easy person to satisfy when it comes to price and workmanship.
