Our experience with Feazel Roofing was nothing short of perfect. Each one of the gentleman here were kind and professional. The entire staff--from phone calls to in-person meetings--were polite and professional. The roof looks great and we would recommend them to friends and family.

From the start the Feazel co. was very Professional and speaking with the field Representative I felt really comfortable about the job that was going to be done The work was done in a timely manner the clean up was really done professionally It was almost as if they weren't even there very neat and clean. I would recommend this company to all of my friend

In March, 2017, Feazel was contracted to completely replace our roof, including resetting all gutters and gutter guards. After the roof was replaced, we noticed that rain water was flowing freely over the gutters around the house. *** from *** inspected the roof and gutters in August and determined that the roofers reinstalled the gutter helmets incorrectly by roofing over them and/or nailing down the gutter guards. Resolution will require a complete replacement of the gutter guards at a total cost of $3,519.00. Because the gutter helmet system was working before the roof was replaced, I am asking that Feazel Inc. pay for the cost to replace the gutter helmets.
On September 11, I sent an email with this information, including pictures of the damaged helmets, to Mark C, ***, To date, he has not responded to my email.

We had a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end for our roof replacement. Shane came out and described all the work that would be done. Scott the project manager kept us very informed during the installation and came out for a walkthrough after the installation was complete. The roofing crew did an excellent job and cleaned up after completion. Roof looks great.

Had a great experience with Feazel replacing our roof. Very professional from the beginning to the end with constant followup to make sure we were satisfied. Roof was completed in one day including a thorough cleanup. Strongly recommended.

Our house at *** suffered recent hail storm damage. Feazel responded the very next day. We chose them to replace our house and shed roofs, gutters, downspouts, screens and shed doors. Excellent experience all around. They assessed the damages. Coordinated with our Insurance adjuster. Quickly determined what was needed. Communication was very good. Work was scheduled and commenced on time. Field supervisor and foremen were available and on site throughout the day. All questions were answered promptly. Crews did not leave until the job was done. It was obvious the men took pride in their work. All were professional, knowledgeable, competent, considerate, and respectful. Our property was spotless when they left. Highly recommend this company. Feazel Roofing very knowledgeable and care about the property like it was their own. Tim sales person looked out for customer and worked with insurance adjuster , Scott project manager kept you informed of jis crew an time to be completed or if they had to get more supplies I would recommend Feazel to everyone .

Feazel worked like a true team. Everyone from Stephen in sales to Scott and his crew who installed our new roof were courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and made it a priority to make sure I was informed and happy through the entire process. The product itself and its warranty are top notch.
