Gary B. came out today to provide a quote on the roof. He was professional, and extremely helpful. I will be calling Feazel when the time comes for replacing the roof.

The problem was billing along with some minor quality issues on a roofing job for one of our properties. Although I thought the initial amount of the contract was pricey I still signed with Feazel Inc. to do our roof replacement from storm damage because we were so satisfied with the previous roof they replaced on our summer home that we felt relatively comfortable with their process.
There were no issues with scheduling or job day performance other than the amount of board replacement. We rough measured the wood replaced on my home that day, took some pictures and still feel it was nowhere near the amount we were invoiced. I brought my concerns of a minor leak, the missing siding pieces and overage on the billing from our initial contract to our project manager “PM” who said to give him a few days and he’d sort out a reduction all the while continually asking us to give a performance review all before we felt satisfied all of our concerns were met. Heard it more than once through this process so I assume there’s a bonus or something behind their reviews. Anyway, no big deal and other than the “still” missing siding pieces, one jacked up down spout and couple of pieces of soffit pulled out in spots I’m still on board that this will all be resolved. I received my next invoice only to find no corrections to the bill and upon calling back was told by PM he did all he could do saying their were invoices for the purchase for the wood although he pretty much agreed with me on the billing mistake initially. An invoice for some wood doesn’t conclusively mean it went on our roof? Moving on, upon closer scrutiny of the contract it was only then realized Feazel would charge $4.50 a liner foot.for the boards. I was billed for enough boards end to end that would stretch from the end zone past the 50 yard line(@ 800% markup) This alone shot the cost up nearly $850 on top of the amount already paid up front and overall. I was disappointed that my somehow my already pricey 16sq roof ballooned to over 7k. I pointed to the fact we were set up to contract with Feazel to replace the siding entirely until this invoice showed up with still no resolution offered other than the possibility of collections.
In summation I think Feazel over all does a good job on the installation end of projects, but their billing is confusing and we feel it’s full of unexplained cost overruns and work that’s “not performed by Feazel” , so no offense but all the work is performed by Feazel. Just really disappointed and far pout of pocket with you guys this time and unsure we’d trust you again.

We had a Feazel roof installed about 16 years ago. They have been courteous, respectful, and have done a very good job at repairs under their excellent warranty. I would definitely recommend Feazel for roof replacement to my neighbors and friends. I would prefer that there was a bit more timely responsiveness to warranty/repair calls, or a better e-mail communication system, but their customer service reps and repair technicians are professional and prepared. D recently completed repairs on my roof and it could not have been a better experience. Thank you Feazel!

From start to finish the service was excellent. The sales person worked out all the hassles with the insurance company. The project manager and team did a wonderful job on my roof. They insured the yard and all work areas were clean and clear on any roof pieces and debris. Highly recommend!

Feazel did an excellent job of replacing our roof after hail damage from the April 3rd storms. They worked with our insurance company and we had the entire job covered. They were prompt and careful. Our property was all cleaned up after the roof was done. The warranty on this roof is fantastic! I would recommend Feazel to anyone who needs roof work.

Using the Feazel company to replace our roof was a very good experience. Everyone (Brian, Matt, and Nathan) was fair and honest with me throughout the process. The crew that did our roof worked all day and did the entire roof in 1 day. Since it was dark when they finished, they did come back the next day to complete the cleanup. They did a fantastic job of cleaning everything up!
