We were impacted by the Hail Storm last September and Feazel Roofing helped us with all of the damages. Very professional, very polite and wonderful to work with. Our house looks better than it did...even before the Hail Storm. If you need a new roof, siding, gutters or any of their services, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Feazel. They are AWESOME!

They did a good job. From the person that came out to look at the requested repairs, to the final work that was done. They were on time and completed the work quickly.

The saleman, said I will never have problems with feazel’s work...The company contractors did horrible work on my house. Roof had a leak within 6 months of replacement. Siding is blowing off within a yr of replacement. I had to call muiltiple times to get someone to come fix my roof. Feazel operator says warranty claims will call within 2 weeks everytime. After calling 5 times about my roof within a 3 month period, my call was finally directed to warrenty claims instead of telling what feels like was lies. I have called 1 time so far for my siding blowing off, that was 4 weeks ago and nobody has called me back. Still finding nails in yard because the crews did a horrible clean up job. What’s makes me mad the most, is the crew that did my siding stole an impact gun of mine. I will never recommend feazel to anybody. Complete negative experience with the work feazel contracts out.

The entire process of getting an estimate through removal and completion of the new roof by Feasel was extremely professional and thorough. The sales person who interacted with my insurance company was on top of all the details. The project manager assured the work and cleanup was complete and done in a professional manner,. The entire job only took 2 days and it looks great.

I had a roof installed roughly 10 years ago I have had issues last few years .. we had a gentleman name Matt that came out said are leaks were do to missing flashing and are attic wasn’t ventilated correctly and needed a ridge vent installed and other ventilation vents covered... I was told this would be covered as it was a quality issue..this was a few months ago and we r still unable to even get it scheduled...please help we r very frustrated and tired of calling every week and getting a run around

We are TOTALLY happy with our new roof! Scott was awesome, totally explained everything before and after and the roofers worked very very hard and did a fantastic job cleaning up when they were finished! This has been an awesome experience from start to finish and I can’t say enough wonderful things about Scott since first meeting him at the Home and Garden Show until the job was finished! AAAA PLUS!!

Feazel was the company we decided to do business with for roof replacement . it was a nightmare. From screws in the siding doing damage to the siding, to nails through the drip edge, missing drip edge, nails not even hammered in around the skylights, the removal of the vent in the roof for the bathroom vent (and they didn't attempt to replace they shingled over it!) I do not recommend them. It took three trips plus for them to correct their mistakes and they left trash in the yard (shingles and boards) on the last trip. They tried billing an extra $1500 in materials and just expected paid for it with no explanations.

Scott and Mark are the best at customer service. Very quick response time to a service request. The professionalism of the installation team was excellent. And spot on installation of our roof. 100% satisfied. And I’m hard to please.

This is the third building our condo assoc. has selected Feazel to provide roofing services for. Once again great price, great project manager, professional crews, on time, on budget. Doesn't get any easier than that. We will use Feazel for building four when it's time for roof replacement.

They seem to do a real good job on installing the new roof and cleaning up the yard as best they could. Only found a few roofing nails in the mulch. What I question was some of the debris left in the gutters.

Poorest quality of workmanship I have ever experienced.
