They are side stepping the (2) main issues.
1. They did not send the battery for my wife's phone but sent me (2) identical batteries for my Galaxy S. My wife's phone is not a Galaxy S. I had to pay to ship both batteries back at my expense.
2.  The "replacement"/aftermarket/refurbished or whatever play on words they want to use battery does not work for my phone according to a readout on the display on my phone or I would have gladly kept it. In fact, would have kept both.
I am simply returning these products at my expense in its original packaging. The only fee they can charge me at this point is their shipping fee and their "got you" restocking fee. I was simply asking them to waive both to offset my expenses of sending the batteries back at my expense including tracking. Even if my battery had worked, I would have still had to send the wrong battery back they sent me for my wife's phone.
Either way, I still reserve the right to an [redacted] review so hopefully the company will do the right thing. I am learning to purchase through [redacted] for problems like this that may occur.

I order a phone with 2 hand sets. I went to set phones up and I had a questions. I called number given and they gave me another number to call. You had to email for customer support and I did. I emailed them about 5 hours ago and heard nothing. I got fed up and decided to send the phones back. I understand that they will charge a restocking fee and that is crazy especially when you have to deal by email rather then dealing on the phone with a live person to get help. I think they should reimburse me if there is a stocking fee and also for my paying to get the package back. I am 73 years old and trust me I still have my smarts and do not want to be taken advantage of.

Advertised as replacement battery for Canon LP-E8, picture shows an actual Canon product, received cheap knockoff made in china battery that may or may not work in a Canon camera which it was purchased for. To return the products with the 15% restocking fee plus shipping will cost just as much as tossing the [redacted] into the garbage. Highly upset about the false advertisement and description of the product to purchase

Bought replacement cordless phone battery from this company and they sent the wrong model batt that does not work with my phone. I emailed asking that they send what I ordered and you'd think they'd figure, oops, our mistake and the battery you ordered is on the way. Nope. Instead, I received a form letter email that included a complicated return policy requiring more effort than the battery is worth. So will chalk it up to "got me" but will never buy anything from them again and strongly recommend that anyone considering buying from them go elsewhere. Sure their prices are cheap but buying from them is a gamble that you'll actually receive what you order.

When I finally spoke to a [redacted] at Factory Outlet Store ([redacted] & then [redacted]) yesterday, they only agreed to refund the exact price of the 2nd item to be returned ($109.95). This was the item that was sent to me 1.5 months after the order was placed online and canceled 2 hours later-- it NEVER should have been sent to me.  In addition, I was told in the phone call when I canceled the order on 4/**/13, that I would not have to pay for the return shipping of the first item sent to me and that the second item would not be sent at all.  Therefore, the company should be responsible for the shipping costs of these two items and should refund me the full remaining balance on the order ($157.03) plus the additional cost for the return shipping of the first item as promised ($40.34). I am therefore due an additional refund of $87.42 (the amount outstanding after the promised $109.95 that the company stated they would refund yesterday).

The business is, once again, providing false information to you as follows:
They claim that I ordered the Discovery 640. I did not. The attached receipt shows that I ordered a "Brand New" Plantronics Discovery 975. I never ordered anything associated with a Plantronics Discovery 640 as they so claim and my attached receipt proves, yet they send me a "Factory replacement part" for a Discovery 640 that, falsely according to them, was part of my original order. This was shipped and received after they received my original return back to them.When I called to explain to them that they shipped an item to me that I never ordered in the first place, they refuse to listen and hold my money ransome until I pay to return their product sent by mistake on their part. I even offered to take my time to send the item back if they provided a prepaid shipping label-something that I do not have to do. They refused to pay for return of an item I never ordered and held nearly half of my $49.95 payment for my true order until I paid to return a item they shipped by mistake. This business operates under unethical practice and needs to be disciplined by regulating authorities to stop them from taking advantage of the public consumer.

   T have been trying to reply back to the business response to my complaint and it will not go thru. Their response was a fraudulent credit card was used to purchase this unit. I don't think I am getting the point across I DID NOT purchase anything from them. I purchased this on [redacted] with my [redacted] account. It was not ordered from this company. If they have a problem with nonpayment it must be with their dealer paying them. They have been faxed my proof of payment but still have not acknowledged it.
