We regret that situation that has occurred with your purchase here with us at the FactoryOutletStore.com.
After reviewing the complaint along with the notation history I do see that the customer attempted to return the item without the original...
package .. per our Return Policy that is listed on our website also on the customer's proof of purchase our customers must return the packaging in order to return the merchandise.
On the top of our website also on the customer's proof of purchase we state that we are: "An Independent Retailer of Consumer Products". We regret that our customer did not notice this statement.
We have spoken to our distributor of the item and will accept the item back as a return - please review our Return directions that was emailed to you today and return the package - please ensure you retain the tracking for the return and only use FedEx or UPS to return the package.
Once the package is received and inspected the purchase will be refunded and we will waive the "No Box" fee .. which also is notated on our website.

We regret that our customer is not happy with the purchase made with us and sincerely regret the inconvenience that this caused.
After reviewing this complaint along with our notation history we do show that our customer...
purchased a refurbished item with us and our stock has depleted - we are no longer able to source this item. We contacted our customer to alert them of the issue and offered him the option of purchasing the Brand New unit of the same model along with a $10 courtesy discount .. the Brand New unit is $50 more than the Refurbished unit our customer purchased ($40 more with our internal courtesy discount), our customer declined this option. We have since refunded the full purchase price of the order back to our customer and have successfully closed this order. The courtesy offer still remains should our customer choose to accept.

We regret that our customer was not happy with the purchase made with us.
After reviewing the complaint made by the customer along with the notation history I do see that we have been in constant conversation with this customer regarding the...
delivery of the merchandise as late as today. The item was on temporary back order and should be delivered to the customer by Saturday 2/**/13. Customer requested a $50.00 discount on the merchandise due to the delivery date being changed and was given that discount as a courtesy.

Bought a rather expensive refurbished phone system. They provided the wrong phone cords (Should have been RJ22 instead of RJ11 jacks). Customer service was polite but had no clue about customer service....They refused to correct their error. Here were their options:
1. I buy correct ones from their website ($40 + shipping!)
2. Return the entire order for replacement - I pay for shipping on rather large box!
3. Tried to have me call phones manufacturer (Polycom), as if they would handle their error.
Stay away from these guys.

Ordered luggage and the website said it was instock. I needed it in a rush so I paid for 2 day shipping. Site stated that it would arrive at my houe on Ja[redacted]. I called on Jan [redacted] and a rep name "rick" siad it was back ordered and sent out on the [redacted]. I stated that the website did not state that and I want my money back for the two day shipping. Said he would have a manager call me back I said no let em talk to him now. Rick claimed there were too many calls in que to the manager (now I know why) and he was unable to put me on hold and that I would have to wait for a call back. Customer service is the worst. Do not buy from this site

I had canceled the order a week and a half before ( after waiting almost two weeks ). They sent the package without my consent and first charged me 20% restocking fee along with me having to pay $11.15 to send back the package that I did not open,order or give them at that time permission to run my card.This is a tricky move for a company to use, I hope this helps other buyers from the same experience . I was not unhappy with product, I canceled the product and other shoppers pay action to this or you will lose a lot of money unless you go to the extremes that I had .

I received the credit for the restocking fee, but did not receive a credit for the cost of returning the defective item. The amount of the return postage was $10.29.
