We understand that the tracking given to us for USPS shows that the package was delivered .. but it WAS NOT!
We would suggest that the customer contact USPS and let them know that we did not get the package and for them to start a Missing Package Investigation.
We are not able to refund for any item that we did not receive and will wait for the conclusion of the Missing Package Investigation.

I am writing today to alert consumers of a business that advertises products for sale that it does not have in stock. The business is Factory Outlet Store with an online presence (website) and physical offices in New York State. My personal experience with this company has caused unnecessary frustration in that a birthday gift was ordered and paid for, but not delivered when promised. The website for this company stated that the product was, in fact, available and would ship within 2 - 5 business days. When I did not receive the item in 2 - 5 business days, I called Factory Outlet Store customer service to inquire about my order. The heavily accented and difficult to understand representative seemed either unable or unwilling to assist me with my order at which point, I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager. I was told by this customer service representative that a supervisor/manager would call me back before 6pm Eastern Standard time and I waited. No call back. When I called them to find out why a supervisor/manager had not called me back, again I received the "canned answers" but at least this representative was willing to try and figure out why I had not received my order. It turns out that the item I had purchased and paid for, in good faith, was on back order. This tid-bit of information would have been helpful to me BEFORE I ORDERED!!!! Only after repeated calls pointing out the problem did the company update their website to show that the item that I ordered is now on back order. My recommendation to anyone dealing with Factory Outlet Store is ... DON'T!!! The $20.00 I saved by ordering from this company was in no way worth it!

that particular item is listed as national backorder – we apologize for the
inconvenience. Per your request the order was cancelled and refunded back to PayPal.
I purchased a mattress from Simmons Factory Outlet and it was delivered on my **, 2016. I called the co on July *, 2016 and explained that the almost $900.00 mattress they had delivered was no what I ordered and was the worst quality I had ever seen. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen and to date all I get from them is another copy of a warranty. The coils in the mattress are biting into my backside and rolling around and popping when I sit down in the bed to try to get in to the bed. there is already a sunken place where I sleep and this bed will not hold up even a year, much less 10 years. Joe, who sold me the mattress (he is the manager) promised that this bed was the mate to the Pandita Luxury Firm that I already had. I can tell you that there is NO comparison. He LIED!
I call and they promise to return my call in one hour and I'm still waiting days and days later. This whole company is a complete JOKE and a fraud.
I cannot afford to waste money in such a way as this. I recently had a total hip replacement and needed the mattress so badly. what a disappointment. Customer service is totally non-existent.
