We regret that our warehouse shipped you the incorrect item .. we show that the initial package was shipped out on 4/**/14 thru DHL Global Mail tracking number [redacted] - this is the package that was incorrect.

promised we reshipped the correct item on 5/*/14 without need of a return thru DHL Global Mail tracking number [redacted] - this package is currently with DHL and usually takes 7 to 10 business days to deliver - today - 5/**/14 - being the 6th business day.

Here is the list of issues:
-Please find the attached zip file of the pictures that I
took from my 3 different phones when I tried to call the business.  
- After I ordered by phone within 20 minutes, I checked my
credit card and realized my card is charged $332.10 ,but wondered why I didn’t received
email  , I called the business and
followed up the status , I found out they put in the wrong Email address([redacted]) my email is in yahoo domain
,so I asked for a correction ( I am wondering AOL and Yahoo absolutely are not
close in pronunciation ) .
- As soon as I received the email, I realized the part is
wrong then I called the business .you can see the list of phone calls on
attachment pictures.
- The Business mentioned the shipping is certified and need
the signature. Today the UPS left the item behind the door and left. My wife
ran for door to get him but the post man left. She found out only one box is at
the door .So the shipping package was not certified and didn’t require the signature.
-depends on the item description on the business website and
I also double checked during the phone call that this purchase must include two
packages(rack package and pads package) .I received only one box . I don’t want
to open the box to confirm this, but the length of the box is the same size of the
rack ,So I am guessing the pads package is not included which will make the delivery
box bigger than rack box. This is just a guess that depends on my simple
calculation.
-I ordered the rack for this weekend (they already messed up
my plan).I am going to order from another place that I can trust.
-I absolutely don’t need any future hassle with this business.
So here is the simple solution:
They do send return shipment label ASAP, I will ship it back
and refund my money at the same time (the same quick process that they charged
my credit card and ship the package which they have not been able to make a
correction on the order).

We understand that there may be a language barrier currently.  We spoke with your Card Company and have explained the issue resulting with this order.  
Unfortunately, we are not able to take the item back as it will be unsanitary.  As a courtesy, a refund will be issued to your card by your Card Company for the cost of the item without the need to return.  This order is now considered closed and fully refunded.

Customer contacted us on 3/** and stated that he found the item "cheaper elsewhere" and...

wanted to return the item for a full refund.  We explained to our customer that they would have to return the item on their own as there was nothing wrong with the unit.  Customer contacted us again on 3/** to state that they tried the Epilator (shaver) and it was too slow for them .. they wished to return for full refund.  Customer was given directions on how to return the item for inspection and/consequent refund as there was nothing wrong with the unit.  As a courtesy we told our customer we would refund the full purchase price of the time once successfully returned and inspected.

contacted us directly to alert us of the issues on 1/**/16.  Please allow us sufficient time to fix the situation at hand as we show that this issue was raised within the last 48 Hours and is currently being worked upon.  While we appreciate our customer's urgency, we do show that a "PickUp Label" is already being generated for use by our customer to return the item.  
Again, we sincerely apologize that our customer received an item that they did not intend on purchasing and do show our efforts are currently rectifying this troubling issue.  We will also review the issue as the cause of this complaint to ensure future customer satisfaction.

I did sign the authorization form 3X! I was never told to use the shipping address as an alternative billing address. You have not read my complaint carefully. You did not cancel the order, I did. At this point, I give up because clearly this company does not want to listen to it's customers, it is more intent on defending itself. I now understand why when I search online for reviews, this company receives a disportionate number of complaints.
