It may have matched your SKU, but it did not match the description on the website, or Petzl's description. This is the reason I do not believe it is my responsibility to pay shipping back. If you will reimburse shipping costs, I am happy to send it back today. The item advertised on your site is a:
The Petzl Transport is a caving pack that has 45 liter volume and is useful for long-distance carries. It is made with TPU which is PVC-free
material and its welded construction provides greater strength. Padded
shoulder straps, waistbelt and back panel along with two molded handles
make it very comfortable.
The pack you sent me looks like the Petzl Bug on your site in a clear plastic package with a Transport label.

This is obviously a computer generated response(3rd).  Which shows the FactoryOutletStore's lack of customer care.  If there was another way I could get this resolved I would.  I cannot afford the time to call their customer support number and be put on hold for 30 minutes at a time just to be hung up on.  I would like to know if a human is actually reading these responses or if it goes directly into a automatic response loop and sent back to me.  If it is a loop the the Revdex.com is not a very effective way to resolve issues between a Company and a consumer with a complaint from a customer.

internal expedited processing and the package was given to [redacted] the same day with tracking number [redacted]: - June **, 2015 , 8:45 pm Arrived at [redacted] Destination Facility [redacted] ** [redacted]  The package arrived at the [redacted] Facility in [redacted] to be sorted and then delivered to the customer by their local Post Person .. therefore the package is still in transit and should be delivered within the week.The customer contacted us on 6/**/15 very irate that the package did not arrive yet (four (4) Business days after it was dispatched) - misread the tracking information stating that the package was delivered in NJ and she is in NY then insisted on speaking to a Supervisor.  Speaking to the Supervisor customer demanded FREE Overnight Shipping of a new order - when this was denied customer stressed speaking to someone in a higher position.  Customer threatened stated that she would "blog" badly about our company as well as contact this Revdex.com.In an effort to appease the customer our Supervisor went ahead and shipped a FREE order for the battery out to the customer on 6/**/15 - [redacted] AND also gave the customer a refund of the $2.95 for the shipping.  As a courtesy customer may keep both batteries as the 1st shipment should arrive shortly and the 2nd will arrive wthin a week.  Customer can also feel free to return both for full refund to their account.  While we understand that we are not able to make everyone happy we indeed tried in this case. After reviewing your complaint along with the notation history I do see that the package was shipped out via UPS Sure Post Tracking [redacted] and on 5/*/14...

there was an issue that says:
The post office was unable to deliver your UPS SurePost package as addressed.  Please contact the sender for assistance.
Along with an updated notation that says:
05/**/2014 - 8:59 A.M. - Your UPS SurePost package was transferred to the wrong post office. It is being corrected.
We sincerely apologize about this situation and will refund the account today and work with UPS/USPS to have the package returned to our warehouse.

I ordered a replacement battery for my smart phone on 7/**/16. The emailed receipt said it would arrive in 2-5 business days. On 7/**/16 I called them and was told it was on back order and wouldn't be available until 8/**/16. If I had known it was no immediately available I would not have ordered it. At no time did they tell me it was on back order.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.  I will note that the final part of the refund (GPS mount for $58.95) was finally refunded SEVERAL DAYS AFTER the other charges were refunded...ie, not concurrently as suggested by FactoryOutletStore.

 The USPS tracking number clearly shows that the package was received by the factory Outlet Store. They have had this information for some time and only after being contacted by the Revdex.com have they responded. They fail to address the high probably that the package got mishandled in their own system.

I needed 2 Travel Pro suitcases.
Went to Factory Outlet store website.
I needed the 4 wheel spinner type case.
Selected what I thought was the appropriate case and on the order page there was a video on what I was going to purchase.
The video showed the case to be a spinner type with 4 wheels, so I placed my order 7/**/2015.
The cases were on back order, but as I did not need them immediately, this was not a problem.
The case were finally delivered 8/*/2015.
On inspection both cases only had 2 wheels.
After numerous phone calls and e mails and us saying that we wanted to return the cases and order cases that had 4 wheels, we were told that they would wave the restocking fee, but WOULD NOT refund the return shipping costs.
This was after talking with both the customer service reps, sending requested photos of the cases, filling in the appropriate return forms and finally talking to a manager on 8/**/2015 telling her that the video on the order page showed the case to have 4 wheels.
I believe this to be a case of false product description by Factory Outlet store.
I had another back pack case on order with them that was had also been back order for over 3 weeks that I canceled 8/**/2015.
Based on my customer experience with Factory Outlet my recommendation to any future possible customers wanting to use them would be to STAY WELL CLEAR.
You might save a couple of bucks, but because there customer service sucks and it takes so long getting issues resolved are the savings worthwhile???.

After reviewing this complaint along with our notation history I do see that our customer purchased a Galaxy S4 (GALAXYS4-BLACK (i9500) in December 2013 and...

we have a 30Day Return period.  I see that the customer contacted us June 2014 to state that the unit was not working - at this point we were to refer the customer to the Manufacturer for assistance with the item .. as a courtesy we approved the return for an even exchange.
Once the item was received our technicians looked over the item and found that there was a software issue that we were not able to fix and we returned the entire item to the customer to send to the manufacturer for assistance - UPS tracking [redacted] - package was delivered 7/*/14 back to the customer.
Unfortunately, we are not able to process this exchange due to the issues found and highly suggest the customer contact the manufacturer directly for assistance with this matter.

We received the electrical cord on 8/**, 10 days after the company stated in their Revdex.com response that they shipped it, and nearly three weeks after I first called them about the problem. This issue has been resolved but I will not do business with the Factory Outlet Store again. I will never get back the time I spent dealing with this problem.
Our organization now has a policy to review a company's Revdex.com rating before placing orders with any company.
