I made 2 purchases from Factory Outlet Store. The first was an entire autopilot system. After intallation the electronic specialist found the screen didn't work. I was unable to return the unit because I no longer had the packaging. I therefore made a second purchase that was just the screen for the autopilot for $460.00 and it arrived at the beginning of July. It arrived damaged!! I returned this second purchase in its original package on July *, well within their "guaranteed" return timeframe.

We regret that our customer is not happy with the purchase made with us .. after reviewing the complaint as well as the notation history I do see that we emailed the customer asking for the back of the credit card as well as their State ID - so that we can...
match up the signatures - before we can ship the order. Customer faxed us back a signed copy of our Authorization Form, California State ID and the back of the card .. the order was then released to the address that was NOT listed as a billing address.
We do see that the customer returned the merchandise and was previously refunded the full purchase price of the return .. customer was not refunded for the Express Shipping as this is a service that once rendered is none refundable.
Customer also disputed with their credit card company and we replied the same and the case was closed in our favor. No further refund is due this customer.

The 2nd pen they sent also did not work with the computer. I called Lenovo technical support and they said the pen that was sent is not compatible with this computer. They also said that no pen was compatible with this computer!!! Despite the fact that it shows several images advertising that it comes with a pen. Which, is the main reason I purchased the computer as I work with clients everyday in the field and require signatures. They clearly falsely advertised this product in a fraudulent manner.

Please find attached picture of the tablet I was sent which clearly shows the model number, a copy of my receipt which has the model number of what I ordered and what I paid. You will also find a copy of my running statement from my credit card account that shows at the bottom where they took out the full amount as on the receipt and at the top I was only given a partial refund. I was not given a full refund. They tried to give me an educational tablet that is used in schools to better educate children. You can google the two tablets and see for yourself. The tablet I ordered Galaxy Tab 4 10.1/SM-T53016GB Black. The tablet sent to me Galaxy Tab 4 Education SM-T530NN with the Model number SM-T530NYKNXAR. These are clearly two different tablets and used for different purposes. A consumer that is not knowledgeable about electronics won't complain but I was ripped off and they are continuing to rip people off not advertising it as such.

Dear [redacted],We deeply regret the inconvenience on your order and apologize the delivery took longer time than normal time frame.We previously informed you regarding the earlier delivery date...
(12/**/2015) ... the Delivery Agent never received a affirmation from your end for the delivery on 12/**/2015 , hence the order was not delivered on the same date. Unfortunately, we have minimal control over the delivery procedure , but still we were able to rescheduled the delivery.
Customer satisfaction is our uttermost priority. As a courtesy we will apply a discount on the original order. ($299 discount on Adjustable base, $299 and $380.50 discount on both the mattress respectively). As the delivery was delayed due to miscommunication from the Agent we offered another $250 discount.

"THE WORST COMPANY I'VE DEALT WITH!!! I ordered a 5 pack RJ-9 Headset Adapter (Item # 2200-11095-002) on 4/*/15 and received the package on 4/*/15 which was great but when I opened the package, they had sent me 1 instead of 5 and upon further look after couple days I found out they had sent me a completely different item than what I ordered. I emailed them 5 times and called them about 5 times as well to get this issue fixed. No one has EVER responded to any of my emails or phone calls. I finally got through to a [redacted]) on 4/** who asked me to send her the pics of the wrong item which I did right away and never heard back after that. No communication or follow up what so ever!! I called in today (4/**) again and she tells me the warehouse did send me the wrong part and they would send me the return label to send the wrong item back but wouldn't ship out the item I ordered until they receive the wrong item!! I immediately asked her to refund my money which she agreed but she told me they wouldn't refund my money until they receive the wrong item back. I wonder how long they are going to take to send me the return label!! I bet they will wait at least another week just to do that. And to top it all, the cable they sent me costs may be $5 max. So is it really worth it to harass a customer because you want your $5 cable back!! FACTORYOUTLETSTORE IS A JOKE!! "

I order a brand name filter and they did a bait and switch and sent me a generic filter. I have tried to contact them for my money back or the correct filter, but have not heard from them on what they will for to correct this.
