I had to fight tooth and nail to get my refund. I had to return the battery at my cost when the error was theirs. They would not issue a pickup of the battery at their cost. They were originally going to charge me a 15% restocking fee when it was their warehouse that made a shipping error. I am still wanting a refund for my return costs and I am still looking for this company to change their return policy. There are so many more companies that provide online shopping with free shipping and free returns. I have not yet received my credit card statement to verify that I have received a full refund

The vendor states that I was issued a Return Tag in order to return the erroneous shipment That is true What it doesn't state is that they still wanted me to pay a 15% restocking fee and the shipping for an order that was completely wrong I placed calls with their customer service department at 4:pm, 4:pm, and 5:pm (all CST) in an attempt to reach a supervisor to try to resolve the issue but was told I could not be forwarded to a supervisor and was "promised" that one would contact me on the *** of October The 2nd operator (Max) finally offered to waive the restocking fee but would not waive the shipping charges No supervisor attempted to contact me until today, after I had filed the complaint I was contacted today and the representative was very courteous and professional A return label was emailed to me today
I will not consider this matter closed until after my credit card is refunded for the full purchase price of $ Until that time I am rejecting the excuse offered by the vendor through the Revdex.com.

Worst customer service EVER!
I ordered a refurbished headset for the office and received an auto-generated email stating that it was on backorder and should be available 7-business daysThe time passed and still no headset so I contacted their customer serviceThe first rep was very nice and didn't try to argue anythingHe discounted the new updated version of the product and told me that the reality was they didn't know when the refurbished model would be inI needed to call back since I had to get approval to spend the additional moneyCalled back minutes later and spoke to another repRenee, this rep, was RUDE and took no responsibility for the erroneous information generated by their emailShe told me it wasn't their fault, offered me a LOWER discount than the first rep (telling me the lower amount was the lowest they could go) and then told me she was willing to give me the first discount but that the difference was coming out of HER POCKET!
NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE unless you like to reward poor customer service and lack of professionalism

I wish that I had read these reviews before ordering from this scam company Here is my story
I ordered a battery for my laptop on November **, It is now December *, and I have not received my battery but my credit card has been charged I called to check on my order a few days ago and was told that it would be delivered the next day The next day came and went and NO BATTERY I called today and spoke with some jerk that told me that I had to wait more days before they would resend my order He still could not give me a tracking number but said that he would email the tracking number to me Yeah right like I am going to believe him I asked to speak to the owner of the company and he said he arrange for a manager to call me back within hours I will not hold my breath for that to happen Their service sucks and I will do my best to broadcast this information to all of my customers and friends If I do not get a call back I am calling my credit card company and putting in a complaint and a stop payment This is the first and last time that I or any of my customers, associates, and friends will do business with your screwed up company

I ordered a re-manufactured Garmin Zumo 665LM GPS unit Paid via PayPal and received an order number About a week later the order was never shipped I called to folland was told the product was on back-order for to days # days later I receive an e-mail stating the product was discontinued and they couldn't get me one I called up and the customer service rep stated is was still on back-order At this point I checked their website for the item It showed the item as in-stock but at double the price I ordered it a couple of weeks earlier The rep said the website was wrong but the item is still posted at the higher price several days later The rep told me I needed to choose two inferior units at a higher cost than the GPS I first ordered They finally agreed to refund my money back to PayPal The refund hasn't shown up on my credit card yet

I have not been refunded the entire cost of my purchase, but they have deducted $22.95, I assume for shipping When they respond that they are refunding "the entire purchase price", they are being misleading, as it is not the total amount we have paid, only the cost of the item This has been the dispute from the beginning, whether, when they said clearly on the order page that they had "same day shipping" and we paid extra for "two-day delivery" on December **, we should incur any costs when they did not ship out the item until January **, two weeks after the order was placed (clearly not same day shipping) and business days This was a suitcase that we needed for traveling on January * Shipping it on January ** with delivery on January **, a week after we've left, clearly is of no use to us and is in breach of the order agreement We expect a full refund of all costs we incurred as a result of their inability to ship as agreed
