They were great and understanding I was very much pleased.

The customer service was excellent. Chelsea was very professional and helpful. She is an asset to her company.

I received a letter being advised that it will be a price increased to their extended vehicle service plan effective April 16,2020,and after that date they will not honor the service contract.They went on to show me my contract identification number.I dont know these people, I have no deal with them. I only called them because I thought it was an identity theft. I called my insurance company (by the way which is State Farm) to find out what kind of mess they put me through, due to what we as a nation as a globe we are enduring with the covid-19 I could not get to my State Farm agent so I decided to call these people at Endurance, through their mumbo jumgo I sort of understand they were probably trying to bully me. This practice must stopped and I am begging you to stop this Endurance before they cause harm to decent citizen with their fraudulent practice and also to mention their invasion of decent citizen privacy by using my name and address, they have even had the audacity to give me a site with my name. I am sharing the site they gave me,but I want to assure you that I only used their phone number. The site given was "gardysphilippe30747.mydirectwarranty.com" this is wrong .THAT PRACTICE NEED TO BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY.
Please do your best to under rate this company and best of all to suspend all activities under my name immediately,and please under rate their shaddy business.

Endurance vehicle service contracts are offered in over 3,000 automobile
dealerships as well as direct-to-consumers via the internet, television
commercials and direct mail promotions.Endurance is a certified member of
the Vehicle Protection Association (VPA). As a certified member, Endurance
follows the VPA’s Standards of Conduct. The Standards state that any vehicle
service contract selling company must identify itself in the mail piece and
Endurance abides by this standard.

We are sorry for the frustration that Endurance's mail piece caused the consumer, and as a result of the consumer's complaint, our company placed the consumer on our internal "Do Not Mail" database to ensure that they do not receive any future direct mail advertisements from our company. Please allow up to 10 business days to process this request. The consumer may still receive additional mail pieces sent during the processing time.

Patricia was very professional and apologetic getting my problem solved.

Just signed up. The customer service was great! The prices were a lot cheaper than buying a warranty from the dealer, and I still can go to the dealer for service, with all shop labor hrs. covered. I bought other warranties from other companies and had to pay the difference for labor costs. So far I have a piece of mind that if something goes wrong I will be covered.

I needed an initial copy of my Endurance Auto Protection Policy and
thanks to Ms. Brittany *** I was able to get a copy post haste.
Brittany also was very helpful in explaining very clear my questions
pertaining to my service contract.
Looking forward towards a great customer service response as I
experienced from Brittany.

Very helpful and helped me understand how to evsluate my coverage

They are quick to respond and I am able to get to a person on the phone in a matter of minutes and they have the answers to any questions I have in regards to my contract.

Amazing customer service and service overall !!! Ive been with them over a year now and they really try the very best to assist you in any way possible thank you guys!!!

Since day one of dealing with Endurance I have had no issues with them at all. They have been amazing to work with and helpful when the tough times have hit. Unlike other companies that just want to us money they have worked with me in ways the other money hungry companies won’t. I highly recommend working with Endurance. You won’t be disappointed at all.

Don't do it just don't they do not care about the customer but they love your money

This company is absolutely ridiculous! My mother purchased warranty coverage and then tried to cancel 2 days later. They ABSOLUTELY would not cancel the policy. They kept trying to get her to keep the coverage. Completely bullied my mother and would not let her talk to a supervisor. My mother finally called me and ask me to help her get the warranty canceled. But it took A LOT of demanding and basically screaming at this woman to cancel the policy because she was so steadfast in not wanting to cancel the policy.

I called concerned about calls stating my policy had expired. My phone call was answered quickly by female rep E.... She immediately looked up my policy and reassured me my account was active. I was being scammed. Needless to say, I'm very relieved. Thank you E !!

Was professional and diligent in getting my questions handled in a timely manner.

Do NOT sign up with this company! High pressure sales tactics. After we signed up and reviewed the policy as well as reading the negative comments and the fact that they are not accredited by Revdex.com, we decided to cancel. The customer service rep kept asking the same questions over and over and doing another sales pitch. We asked repeatedly for him to just cancel the policy which he said he would do but kept up with the questions and sales pitch. We finally said the conversation is over, just cancel the policy and had to hang up because he kept wanting to continue with the same inane stuff. The pressure was unbelievable!!!

Chelsy did a wonderful job in answering my questions. And she was very pleasant in doing this. Thanks for having such a pleasant person to work with on the phone!!!!

Had to press them, but finally got a lower price.

She was very helpful and knowledgable!! Answered my questions and was very polite.
