I am rejecting this response because the offer of repair and $is not enough for how long I have now been dealing with this I am asking for $1000, maintain my warranty and for my repairs to be made the week of 19th after 4pm (to ensure they have enough time to schedule the repairs)

because: I've contacted Empire repeatedly about this matter and it's haven't been resolved! I'm still fighting with Empire and Synchrony about interest financing money that was charged to the loan for the months that I was charged for financingin the months that they fell to change the interest rate.

I am rejecting this response because:I was not told anything about moistureThe men that came and inspected the flooring said that it was a manufacturers defect and their supervisor would contact me to schedule the repairNow all of a sudden it's moisture with the additional insult of "urine"I contacted them multiple times before June with no responseIt is not good business practice to tell a customer one thing then do something elseThis has been a horrible experience in addition to what it seeming to be a waste of several thousands of dollars
