addressed the other issues I've had in reguards to the blinds being delivered with the control rods and strings being on the sides I originally ordered The missing wands are the smallest part of the issueMy complaints with the company about the order not being delivered to the specifications I ordered are being completely ignored

The local office has made a number of offers to resolve the matter The customer’s carpet order was found to have a manufacturing defect in the materialAs such, we have offered full replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty The customer has requested a refund, rather than replacementWhile the manufacturer does not provide such an option in their warranty, for customer satisfaction and goodwill, we have offered a partial refund and allowing the customer to keep the installed carpet “as is” When the customer refused, we offered a greater monetary settlement to include the laminate flooring. The customer has rejected all fair and reasonable offers of resolution
