Empire today took care and were very perfesonal from the phone call to set up sales to the installation which was done within one weekI know people like to complain about company's for every little thing but this was a perfect experience Highly Recomended!!

I am rejecting this response because:it took over weeks for anyone to come fix the issueThen when they did come they did not
have enough carpet to fix the issue and had to use one of the older carpet and two steps didn't get touchedBy far the worse company I have dealt with and would never use again.I don't know how you have an A Revdex.com rating but the work done at my house does not reflect it

I am rejecting this response because: I did not reject the option of repair yesterday via phone I told their representative that Empire installers has been at my house times and they were not able to do the repairs due to the random length and I was told that it seems that the only solution was to agree on a refund Empire is still only arguing that the issue is only the "natural characteristics" of the wood, but it is not only that Issues have been found in the two inspections doneThey asked me for a percentage and the representative told me that he had to negotiate and that I was going to receive a call
