I am rejecting this response because: Empire flooring should take responsibility for giving customers the run aroundThey sent employees who don't speak English and didn't understand what "transitions" are and they left the tile bare where it meets the carpetSo unprofessionalNot to mention, the salesman only brought samples to choose fromTHREE!!! We were already under a contract so we had to pick among the poor choices he made available to usWhen we later saw an Empire retail storefront, they astonishingly had DOZENS of tile samplesThis establishment is extremely unprofessional and their headquarters doesn't know how to communicate well with the local office and vice versaThey cause consumers extreme frustration, low quality selection, and subpar serviceAnd we never even received an apology for the lack of communicationSo, that tells me this is typical of Empire

because:my daughters carpet and pad were torn out of her room, leaving her room unable for her to live inWe are now having to find other installers and are being charged more due to Empires errorFurther, my name was falsified on a legal document.

I am rejecting this response because:Empire Today CONTACTED US on August 5, 2016, to offer us a partial refundNearly months later, NOW they want us to sign a legal document to get the refund that they've promisedWe've been told numerous times that "the check's in the mail" and now we find out that the check was never even processedMore deception on the part of this companyWe are rejecting this response because we STILL don't have the refund
