We appreciate the customer contacting us regarding their concerns. Flooring was installed in March 2012, well outside the one (1) year labor warrantyFor customer satisfaction and goodwill, we offered to work with the customer on cost of replacement

We installed laminate flooring for the customer in September The customer contacted us about a month later claiming the toilet was not set correctlyInternal inspection found water damageThe bathroom floor was replaced, and the order discounted for customer satisfaction and goodwill We understand that issue to be wholly resolved; if that is not accurate we would be happy to review further The customer next contacted us in late March Inspection found topical moisture damageSuch damage is not covered by warranty and we offered to repair for a nominal cost Per the customer’s desired outcome/settlement of this complaint, we have offered to review for replacement with tile at a discountWe have left several messages without a return call

We signed a contract with Empire, gave them a deposit and a couple of days later decided to cancel the contract We called them, was transferred once to the cancellation department and was told a check would be mailed to us for a full refund in 10-business days We just received our check (business days) Everyone was VERY POLITE and considerate when we dealt with them We did find their prices a little high and that is why we decided not to do business with them Otherwise, we have no complaints about Empire, their sales person or their office staff

Empire Today, LLC has offered to replace all the carpet in dispute for an additional $from me I am to drive to Denver and review the carpet choices by appointment I intend to do that in the next weeks

I recently had new berber carpet installed in my basement and den, and I am very pleased with the final productThe job looks very professionally done, and very beautiful, and also brings a new and fresh smell to those areas of my home
The phone service and scheduling was excellent and promptThe sales representative was very warm, trustworthy, and believable
Overall, I am very happy with my Empire Today experience!
