I am rejecting this response because:
SSo what happen to this lower price they offer me like they said in last response? I'm asking for Empire to do my flooring in my house I want my flooring done yes I cancel my order because I took off work twice and so did my motherI help box and unbox my mom room twice because that was something I happen to do under my contact with them I'm begging for Empire to do the job that I request and for them to treat me like a value customer I have spent money with them all I want is to feel value and appreciate as a customer so we can do business togetherI'm a manager also I understand and respect my customers why wouldn't they respect me I lost money and my mom did times because of them is my time not worth anything?

contracted for an independent inspection of the installed floorThe inspection was completed on May 24, 2017, a copy of which has been uploaded to this complaintNo manufacturing or installation issues were observed by the inspectorThe inspector concluded that the substance leaching out from the joints is not adhesive, but rather calcium from the concrete subfloor, which is caused by excessive moisture and/or urine crystallizing on the surface of the flooringAs this is a site related issue, we have offered discount replacement of the floor to the customer

Empire Today here in Michigan, out of Belleville, is a sales driven company, only concerned with getting that sale and dollar and not with delivering what was promised or good customer serviceOnce they have your money, they will say whatever to keep itThey sold me on some carpet, and then measured, inspected, and talked to me about installationWe set up an appointment for the next dayThe next day, installer said he will not installI was dumbfounded as the salesman said there was no issueIn fact, at the end of the day, saleman called to say all was well and they will installThe next day, *** from customer service passed on that while installation manager said they COULD install, and knew how, the company just doesn't want to do this non-standard installThey'd rather cancelFineI guess if they can't do a basic install in a couple hours, they won't do itHowever, if that is the case, the sale guy should tell me that BEFORE wasting three days of my time and taking my money PLEASE tell me so I can move onCustomer service, ***, promised they would immediately send me the cancelled contract (email, letter, something) and send me my check back NopeThey CASHED IT ANYWAY Days after I talked to herFor nothing but wasting my timeAnd no email or mail with cancelled contractSo their business office / customer service ignored me too, and also took my moneyTherefore, from top to bottom, from sales, to install, to customer service, to business office, this business is only after taking your money and not about providing any kind of service or accountabilityPeople ought to know so they can shop elsewhere, and Revdex.com should not give them a favorable rating that they use to lure other people inCheck other pages, including their own FB pageThey're doing the same to many othersDowngrade their rating!
