I am rejecting this response because: The installation is NOT the problemThe wear of the carpet is the problemThere is a year warranty for wear, this carpet has been in years onlyThe monetary offer was 10% which wouldn't even replace roomThe carpet is FLAT and disgustingThey are only concerned with the installation and the fact they don 't service this area any longerWell, they were here when we were coerced into buying right now or lose the price AND we paid cashDo they not need to stand behind the product? I refused the 10% because we are only years into a year warrantyAsking for receipts from a professional cleaning service will not change how the carpet wearsOR they insist the carpet cleaning machine has to be certified and specific to this carpetThey have NOT tried to remedy thisThey never call back, they are abusive, they lieI need more than 10% to remove this disgusting carpet from my ENTIRE home and replace it with something that will lastAs I said we are in our 70's and cannot afford to be taken like thisThis carpet was supposed to last the rest of our lives or time in this house whichever came first, now we are stuck with either leaving this garbage on our floor or ripping it out and living on bare floorsThey have the most horrible customer service department I have ever dealt withIn other words we got screwed
