We appreciate the customer contacting us regarding their concerns. Service was completed on May 18, 2017. Further the agreed upon discount for not completing take-up was processed prior to the customer’s finance account being charged. We thank the customer for their feedback.

speak with anyone from Empire. We have played phone tag for the last week, and they have not left any real information on my voicemail. Nothing indicates that they understand our frustrations or will do anything to make things right with us. I left a message yesterday requesting communication by email. 24 hours later I have not heard back.

Although Empire Today technically did nothing to resolve the issue, it was resolved through my separate complaint against the finance company, I do recognize it has now been resolved. The next issue revolves around the window treatments that were ordered nearly two months ago and I am still waiting for a measurement. Empire Today has already missed my last appointment for measurement and if they miss this next one, I will open a new complaint against them.

We do not know what the outcome of the inspection was as the business did not share his findings with us nor did they respond to my request for a copy. We will purchase a dehumidifier, though we know this is not the cause of the problem. Once we do so we will contact the business so they could repair subfloor and replace all the hardwood flooring.Sincerely,

not finished in the time frame we were given. It took 4 days instead of the 2 days we were promised.They arrived late every day and finished late every day. One exuse after another. First day, the truck broke down, next day someone had an emergency, next day only one person showed up and couldn’t do it by himself so he left within 15 minutes of arrival. And if we had not supervised, the installers would have not fixed the tile that improperly cut or cracked nor the baseboards that were not even laid against the wall. We love your product but don’t feel we should have to pay the full amount for the installation.You need to screen your installers better !

We appreciate the customer contacting us regarding their concerns. The local office inspected the installed carpet and found the issues to be site related and not repairable. The office has left a voicemail for the customer to discuss next steps.

We have been a full service flooring provider for over 50 years. Our pricing is all-inclusive and unfortunately we are not able to break it out line by line. During your in-home appointment, our goal is to inform you of the total cost of your job. Since most stores are not alike in their complex pricing information, our customers typically find the simplicity in an all-inclusive price to be convenient and easier for making purchase decisions.
