I am rejecting this response because:
Re: Complaint : [redacted] We have not come to a resolution with the company over this matter. I have gone through 2 inspection's from their company. The 2nd person was a general manager. I have received nothing in writing upon request with the report of the findings from the inspection's. They now want to agree to send out a 3rd party inspector they will pay for or one I find from their list with a partial credit. We would like the previous inspections in writing with the findings. Everything has been verbal. We would like documentation. Thank You, Barb [redacted]
We appreciate the customer contacting us regarding their concerns. We have ordered parts to service under warranty. We will contact the customer to schedule once the parts have been received from the manufacturer.
We’ve been able to come to an amicable agreement to resolve the issue with a partial refund.
The laminate flooring was installed in January 2015. We provide a one (1) year workmanship warranty. The manufacturer provides a thirty (30) year warranty on fading, staining, moisture, and wear. We have filed the information with the manufacturer for possible claims under warranty. As soon as the manufacture information is received, we will contact the customer.

I am rejecting this response because:I have lost faith and trust in Empire Today and no longer want them in my residence. If I had been told prior to installation carpet was not a good fit in a basement, I would have chosen another type of flooring (I.e. Laminate or hard wood). I do not want partial payment but a full refund of the basement carpet since it will be deemed useless once it's ripped up to replace the subfloor. Carpet is no longer an option, therefore I do not seek Empire to install more carpet at no cost.
