Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Unfortunately, you did not cancel my order I made a complaint through PayPal that you stole my money and they gave me back the money I am specifically complaining because your customer service was horrible as I (the customer) called multiple times and asked to speak to a manager with no response, you did not deliver in days as promised and did not notify the customer that it was back logged when ordered, and you did not notify the customer of when you would have a delivery date As far as I'm concerned, I will reject all of your responses until you give an adequate response of why a manager did not call me back, why you are back logged but did not notify your customer and what are you doing to improve your processes to be a better company You have an F rating for a reason but you have no plan on how you are attempting to make it better Sincerely, [redacted]
