You must be kidding, this Promotional Vacations offer was supposed to have been for free. All that this was supposed to have cost me was 90 minutes of my time. I already paid over $200.00 now. I have yet to be able to use any of the so called free promotional hotel or airfare. I am hereby requesting a full refund of $19.90 ( Hotel Restaurant Cards, two of them), $98.00( 148.00 Promotional Airfare & Hotel, for 2) and a $49.00(fee for the first attempt to book a hotel room in Canada in the month of July 2016). For a grand total of $216.90. This is organized robbery of decent and honest people. Every attempt to receive this promotional offer have been met with a request for payment to complete something that's supposed to have been free in the beginning. No thanks. Please refund all funds received or please direct me to the department that can. Thank you.
Review: rec'd letter telling us we qualified for 2 round trip air line tickets also 2 nights hotel. we where told all we had to do was go to [redacted] nebr for a 90 minute meeting. we drove 150 miles round trip to do this . when we arrived had to answer some questions one which was our income. we put down a low figure because we felt none of their business. upon that information told us we didn't qualify because of low income. of course the free tickets they told us we would get were not free. if we where told about the income part we would have given them right figure. told them that the figure we gave them was lower than what we make. we got ripped.
