I also returned to sender on 3/18/via - Postman, unsigned, the package which the Business referenced in his intial response to the complaint filed. Package of requested items will be sent to the address he provided. Hopefully, the refund will be forth coming and this matter can be closed

nature and are based on availability. They have fees and restrictions

This horrible process started with Eagles Fly Away vacations but they turned it over to *** and they charged even more money and
we received nothing but hours of wasted time and no vacationI do not want this scam to continueWas *** contacted? We did not receive what was promised so we expect that a reputable company would refund our money

In response to your client's complaint, we have absolutely nothing to do with what she was told. If she wants to receive travel docs, she will have to pay activation fee. If she is requesting refund, she will have to email copy of her processed check as verification to email address

In response to **[redacted]'s complaint, he has to understand that these are Promotional vacations They are not conventional It is all based on availability We have very reliable vendors that only make revenue on a volume bases They cannot make reservations or answer questions unless client is registered in their system We have been in this business many years and have many happy clients Unfortunately, there will be some unhappy clients because they fail or refuse to follow Terms and Conditions of offer If they follow Terms and conditions as outlined, they will be taken care of promptly Our vendors deal with a large volume of clients and cannot afford to spend time on clients who have not registered their certificate according to Terms and Conditions If **[redacted] has some basic questions he would like answered, he may contact me at this email address I will be happy to assist him
