am now responding from my complaint to the Revdex.com.  We
did everything required in order to obtain the "two free airplane
tickets to anywhere in the continental USA and two free nights in a
[redacted] Hotel and up to $2,000 of shopping coupons" that are promised
on the Eagles Fly Away Vacation papers we have..  We attended the sales
pitch for an outrageously priced travel club membership, paid the $10.00
processing fee and another $98.00 fee.
We have been waiting for our tickets and vouchers and I am not able to access any shopping coupons.
I fully understand that we had to pay the processing fees and are liable for the taxes.
All I wish to know now is this:
Are
there ANY more fees involved?  If so, how much are they?  If not when
will my wife and I receive the "two free airplane tickets to anywhere
in the continental USA and two
free nights in a [redacted] Hotel and up to $2,000 of shopping coupons" we
are promised?
So I have asked you 3 questions.  Please
answer them in full and I may drop the complaint with the Revdex.com.  If you
are not able to answer them completely please send me my $108.00 back. 
And yes I have papers to show.

I do apologize for your trouble.  When did you pay activation fee?  It normally takes up to 15 business days to receive docs.

I responded to an offer to provide me with two round trip
airplane tickets to anywhere in the continental United States and two free
nights in a [redacted] Hotel at my destination November 7, 2014. I called the
number from the mailing I received and agreed that my wife and I would attend a
sales presentation in Altoona PA about a 40 minute drive from my town. We
attended as required on Saturday November 8, 2014, were not required to buy
anything though the sale pitch was very high pressured asking outrageously high
fees to join a travel club to obtain discounts on luxury stays at various
hotels and resorts. We did not purchase anything and were given the vouchers
for the 2 free airplane tickets and 2 free nights at the [redacted] Hotel. The
offer also says it "includes $2,000 in online dining, grocery &
shopping coupons" which I am not able to see online as it says. We mailed
in our vouchers for the airplane and hotel stays with a $10.00 processing fee
November 10, 2014 and about a week later received another notice telling us to
mail in another $98.00 fee which we did. We are now expecting to receive the
"free" plane and hotel tickets/vouchers but have not and I have both
e-mailed and attempted to call the company. I am not receiving a response to my
e-mail and only receiving a voice mail machine by calling.

you receive vouchers from us after activation?  It would have had
instructions on how to proceed to next step.  I need to know what phase
of process you are in before I can help.  You should have received a
voucher for air and coupons in package.  If you did not receive them, I
will make sure you do.

As far as
additional fees are concerned, you are responsible for additional taxes
and surcharges.  Flights are based on availability and additional fees
are based on ports of departure and time of year you are traveling.
 Holidays are more expensive, so try to plan at least 7 days before or 7
days after holiday.  Did you receive a certificate that would have
explained how to register to receive your tickets?  In addition, you
should have received certificates to register for your coupons and

December 19 2014 Mr C[redacted]:I think that paying $108.00 in fees
for "free tickets" plus taxes is enough and believe you rationally
agree.  I understand about holidays and availability but do not expect
to pay more fees if I fly during off season times.  You are still not
telling me exactly how much all other fees will be which is what I must
know in order to make an informed decision of whether this is worth the
continued pursuit.  We never have received a certificate that explains
how to receive the tickets, vouchers or coupons.  Based on what the
initial papers I received in the mail if we have to pay any more fees
other than taxes or cruise port charges (We do not plan on using the
cruise voucher because we have heard that these port charges are $100s) I
consider this whole offer to be as close to fraudulent as one can get
under the law.
