I am rejecting this response because: C. C[redacted], the person who wrote the response to me is blatantly lying say that they do not provide free travel. I have the papers from Eagles Fly Away Vacations I can submit if needed that say exactly this quoted "This offer entitles two adults to receive (2) round trip airline tickets to most destinations in the continental U.S., departing from any U.S. international airport. This offer also includes $2,000 in online dining, grocery & shopping coupons. Coupons range from $1.00 to $10.00 a piece. Coupons are printed from your own computer. You will save on restaurants, your grocery bill, movie and attraction tickets. You will even save on your shopping bill at places like [redacted]'s, [redacted] and more..." We paid the $10.00 processing fee and another $98.00 fee but still have not received the tickets after several weeks. We understand that we pay the taxes on the tickets in addition to these fees we paid plus we also understand about some restrictions such as black out days Also C. C[redacted] said "You may contact me at this e-mail address" but no e-mail is provided as you can see in the response. If we receive the airplane and hotel stay tickets by the end of December 2014 without any more fees than what we paid and the taxes we will keep the offer. Otherwise we demand a refund. Also I have been to the website provided but find no shopping discount coupons. Note that the offer on a separate piece of paper says we also are guaranteed two free nights in a [redacted] Hotel plus taxes that we pay.Note the 4 attachments which is all the documentation we have at this time. Clearly this is a fraud operation or very close to it.

I am rejecting this response:PLEASE BE AWARE : on our original offer for the [redacted] cruise for 8 days and 7 nights no where does it ever state that vacation advisor is acting as a middle man. It clearly states that VACATION ADVISOR is SOLEY RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS OFFER! Now please ... We took time off work to attend the presentation, we were promised a cruise and dinner certificate for FREE ... Nothing said about activation fees ... Only taxes and port fees. We have NOT Received our dinner certificate not our free cruise. Asking for a fee for our gift is not right. READ YOUR OWN OFFER! I sent the copy with this complaint. How can you state that you have nothing to do with the gift you promised us.
