It is all based on availability. We have very reliable vendors that only make revenue on a volume bases. They cannot make reservations or answer questions unless client is registered in their system. We have been in this business many years and have many happy clients. Unfortunately, there will be some unhappy clients because they fail or refuse to follow Terms and Conditions of offer. If they follow Terms and conditions as outlined, they will be taken care of promptly. Our vendors deal with a large volume of clients and cannot afford to spend time on clients who have not registered their certificate according to Terms and Conditions. If **. she ordered. Then she claimed she only
ordered hotel which was another
lie because on her order form she requested air and hotel.

In response to your client's rejection, it must be noted that their are no hidden fees with the condo offer Prices are as quoted Some resorts all all inclusive offers that can be added, but that is strictly up to the customer.It is an extremely good deal I have used it myself on several occasions She may email me for additional info if she chooses

If she went through our new fulfillment company, there is no way she would have been charged that much for Airfare. As I said previously, I will discuss matter with her. I am sure we can reach an amicable solution.CC***

If the circumstances warrant it, I will issue a refund up to a year old, but absolutely not beyond that. Your certificate expired in 2015. The promotion you received is no longer offered. In addition, we discontinued our business relationship with Funtime nearly yrsago.In the interest of maintaining good customer relations, I will send you one of our premium condo certificates that will allow you to stay in a - star condo for nights for only $279.00. You may choose from over destinations worldwide.These condos normally run approximately $- $per night.I do apologize for any inconvenience you may have suffered and I certainly hope that this will help compensate you for the trouble.Sincerely,Charles C***
