I am rejecting this response because:My husband and I attempted to log on to  the web site provided by the business and could not login. I sent an email to Mr C C[redacted] using the email he provided and was unable to send my email. Message: not a valid email domain. 
I would like to have Mr C[redacted] send me the link so I can review the form and submit it for our vacation. I also would like to have a telephone number so I could speak directly to Mr C[redacted].

In response to your client's complaint, we do not fulfill vacation requests.  That part is handled by a separate fulfillment company.  No company can afford to travel client's for Free.Their are several cost associated with travel.  they client is given the best quote available at...

In response to your client's complaint, we do not offer FREE Cruises.  I don't know of anyone that does offer Free Cruises to sit through a presentation.  Marketing companies will sometime push the envelope to get customers to come to presentation, but I am sure that they would not...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.   After several months, I finally did receive partial reimbursement.  However, for the record, I did return all forms and canceled checks by US mail and was charged 10% for "restocking" - whatever that was.  I will not do business with this company again.
