I bought $12000 worth of windows. I have a Bay window that is out of square. The bottom hits first making the top unable to close.

I am rejecting this response because: They had 3 weeks and never gead back. I called them after receiving a text and someone is to be here 9/7/2017. We shall see

We have been out to the customers house this week, and are working together to fix the issue with his Bay Window. The service should be complete next week.
Hello, I am satisfied with the outcome
our sales person spent the time needed to explain the product and what to expect from the process. He inspected all aspects of the job - even went into the super hot attic. He gave us the best deal on the trouble areas. We liked the idea of a roofing system with ventilation and a warranty. We were notified of slight changes along the way and all issues were quickly addressed. The crew was professional and polite and answered all of our questions. We knew we were getting quality underneath the shingles and it is beautiful to view - the best roof in the neighborhood. Expensive - somewhat, but worth it.
